WHAT THE F%$& IS HAPPENING @PayPal - I EMAILED @AskPayPal AND OUTLINED ALL THE PROBLEMS. I GOT A RESPONSE ASKING FOR MY EMAIL ADDRESS, WHICH I PROVIDED ... TO WHICH YOU REPLIED "Thanks for providing your email address. May I please know how can I help you today? ^ABM" W. T. F
Current call w/ @PayPal is 1 hour 20 min. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that “a supervisor won’t be able to help” and was told to hold - have been on hold for almost HALF AN HOUR. @AskPayPal
So @PayPal takes a credit card processing fee and then refuses to release funds from our verified account into our linked bank account saying that "once a transaction is flagged by our system there is nothing we can do." How is this acceptable @AskPayPal ?
We would like to transfer our money out of your system @PayPal - "Keep the money in your PayPal account and use it for future purchases" is NOT AN ACCEPTABLE RESPONSE @AskPayPal concurs that we are verified and we have answered all security questions. WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY NOW.
BEYOND frustrated with @PayPal and @AskPayPal - while we appreciate that they have strong fraud protection, it should not PERMANENTLY BLOCK MONEY FROM BEING MOVED INTO A BANK ACCOUNT. No resolution in sight and info on PayPal website contradicts what reps say on phone.
