I think there should be an amendment to our state constitution. For a candidate to run, they enter into a binding contract with the voters. If once in office they reverse on campaign promises which got them elected, or disregard the will of the majority, they face consequences.
Then one day, what you never expect falls into your lap and says, here i am, you need me, take me home. Not as ferocious as I'd hoped, but that's ok, he's got me.
This is what we all get to look forward to.

Gentlemen,
I am a 64-year-old American that has worked and paid taxes since I was fifteen years old. I have never taken any type of handout from anyone, including the US government. After 49 years of working, I have decided to retire, at least partially. According to you, it’s “early retirement”. I don’t consider 49 years of working, “early”. Had I been a government employee I could have retired 29 years ago, or had I been a senator, I could have retired, what… 39 years ago? with full retirement pay and free healthcare for life.
Because I retired before reaching my “full retirement age”; which is decided by you, I have a reduced Social Security payment, which you refer to as a “benefit”. I see it as a return of my money that I have paid in for 49 years. This reduced payment is not enough to live on. The payment at full retirement age is not enough to live on. I have to work some, to supplement my income, but low and behold I can only earn a certain amount (which is still not enough to live on) and then you start docking my Social Security.
Apparently, I earned too much at some point because I just received a letter from the SSA stating that my next three SSA payments will be cut in half, and the real kicker is I still “owe” $38.00. I can’t work more to make up the difference because I will only be further penalized.
It is extremely infuriating, as an American citizen, to be treated this way. Look at the amount of fraud, look at the number of people, many of whom have never paid a dime into the system, receiving free benefits from the government. Look at the billions paid to and on behalf of illegal immigrants. All I want is the money I paid in and a chance to retire in peace.
Gotta love attending a VA C&P exam, conducted by a foreigner with an accent so thick, one can't even understand the questions....🙄😑

I woke up and as I had my morning coffee, I realized that everything is about to change. No matter how I vote, no matter what I say, something evil has invaded our nation, and our lives are never going to be the same.
I have been confused by the hostility of family and friends. I look at people I have known all my life--so hate-filled that they agree with opinions they would never express as their own. I think that I may well have entered the Twilight Zone.
You can't justify this insanity. We have become a nation that has lost its collective mind!

• Somehow it’s un-American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.
• Russians influencing our elections are bad, but illegals voting in our elections are good.
• It was cool for Joe Biden to "blackmail" the President of Ukraine, but it’s an impeachable offense if Donald Trump inquires about it.
• People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.
• People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans for their degrees.
• Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you’d better be able to prove your dog is vaccinated.
• Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate to the US must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate gang-bangers who jump the southern fence are welcome.
• $5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for “free” health care is not.
• If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free.
• People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.
• We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan to us.
• Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.
• Criminals are caught-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of THEIR rights.
• And pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us "racists"?!
Nothing makes sense anymore, no values, no morals, no civility and people are dying of a Chinese virus, but it racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it began in China.
We are clearly living in an upside down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where moral is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong, but killing innocent babies is right.
Wake up America, the great unsinkable ship Titanic America has hit an iceberg, is taking on water, and is sinking fast. The choice is yours to make. What will it be? Time is short, make your choice wisely!

Ghost Gun. A term now used to describe a firearm without a serial number, that cannot be traced. Something meant to instill fear in the populace and create new legislation.
However, there is another meaning to that dangerous phrase, one much deeper that has been silently shared for generations.
Our friends, mentors, and family members that pass on from this life and leave behind their firearms that are full of stories, of memories, of honor and sacrifice, days in a field or woodlot, cold winter mornings and first hunts, rites of passage, time at a range, or just a relic and reminder of someone you cherished. Those memories are imbued in a firearm just like any other object. When we hold it, wipe it down, smell that Hoppes #9 or CLP, the memories come flooding back. The stories told, the fantastic hits (or fantastic misses 🙄), the moments that can never be replaced or substituted. WE ARE A GUN CULTURE. Our heritage in this country is steeped in it, and was born of it. It is something we can never let go of, and never forget it's importance. The ghosts of those who came before need always be revered and remembered, the ghost guns keep them alive in our hearts.
Maine parents, get your children OUT of Maine public schools! Maine has passed a law BANNING cellphones in schools. Why do you think that is? It has nothing to do with the claim of distraction or prevention of learning. It is so there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY to what is said, taught, or shown in classrooms to our children. The teacher's union WILL NOT ALLOW camera's to be placed in classrooms. Hmmmmm, are you seeing a pattern here?? Our children are being conditioned with woke, liberal brain rot, indoctrinated at every level with alphabet soup rhetoric, and the left which has full control of the DOE is circling their wagons around not just themselves, but OUR CHILDREN INSIDE THOSE WALLS. They want to drive a wedge between every child and the family values they were raised with. I've had it happen to one daughter already, she was declared "homeless" by the school at 17, even though there were two separate homes between us, our parental rights were stripped of us and held at bay by the school, because they empowered her to make that decision without notifying her parents in any way. The havoc it created in her life led to her emancipating herself from us 3 months before her 18th birthday. Liberal appointed attorney, liberal judge, liberal guardian ad litem, liberal DHHS investigators. It's all connected, and all corrupt as hell. Our children are under attack because they are the most vulnerable and easily influenced, and if we as parents do not start taking back our rights, they will have no safe future.

In my travels I have now found 3 in completely different parts of the state, and sitting outside each one is a luxury suv. They have no care for our communities, our country, and only want to depend on our dollars. Rude, filthy, no courtesy or respect, and before you buy anything prepared to eat or drink at these places you better familiarize yourself with their culture🤮
All these tick explosions across the country, carrying new diseases, their ability to move faster, and being found were certain ticks never existed. It isn't just people going to pay the price. I remember hearing of a closed door IFW meeting in Augusta a few years ago where completely exterminating the moose population in Maine was discussed to manage the tick population. The Maine roads and highways used to be some of the cleanest in New England. Over the last few weeks of driving around, I'm disgusted with the amount of trash and debris I have seen on the shoulders, in culverts, on the highway median and floating in adjacent streams. Is it the out of state travelers? Younger generations that just have no care? Immigrants that treat our land like their toilet? 🤮
