Why it matters?
With DATUM, the pool never chooses your transactions and never holds a coin.
Every block pays you straight from the coinbase, TIDES payout system.
The gateway runs on any small linux box that stays on. A spare PC or cheap VPS.
This is tested on a fresh 2CPU and 2GB vps, install to first sync in 3 minutes or less. Then wait for it to fully sync (1-3 days).

I think maybe a shared pool is next, as the network hash rate continues to goes up, its gonna become a bit more difficult to solo mine.
