Same Doge. New beat.
Five years ago, @elonmusk challenged the Dogecoin community to make it 10x faster, increase block size 10x, and cut fees 100x. It didn’t look possible on the existing proof-of-work stack. At the same time, at @MetallicusTDBN and @MetalBlockchain, we had begun the work of building blockchain technology to integrate into banks, credit unions, and financial services. I could see where the future was headed, and the vision was clear.
It took a few years. We didn’t just make it 10x faster. We made it 300x faster. Throughput no longer depends on block size, and fees are fully customizable.
This isn’t Dogecoin Core. It’s a separate payment layer that keeps the same UTXO model as Dogecoin and Bitcoin, under a proof-of-stake consensus called Snowman. Built for X, and for any fintech that wants to scale Dogecoin and Bitcoin.
And we’re not finished. We opened the door. On the other side is the blockchainification of finance as we know it.

Ideally, Doge speeds up block time 10X, increases block size 10X & drops fee 100X. Then it wins hands down.
Quiet crypto scene but of things lots is still happening in dogecoin. For a quiet time and a 'old meme joke', this is a lot of work being put in by a lot of people. Anyone else working on something new? Keep 'em coming.
DogecoinVM is a DOGE-compatible ledger on Metal Blockchain. Same D… addresses and keys, same script rules. Dogecoin itself does not change. What does change: the speed and interoperability, making Dogecoin 300x faster with instant finality. Try it out 👇 metaldoge.com

We just made $BTC payments final in ~0.15s ⚡
Bitcoin: ~10 min per block.
BTCVM: final in a fraction of a second.
Ł LTC: final in ~0.25s
Ð DOGE: final in ~0.2s
BTCVM, LTCVM and DogecoinVM: alpha is live on Metal Blockchain.

The entire narrative changes with @BitcoinVM_ connected to @MetalBlockchain, bridging is handled via warp messaging, secured by Snowman, direct to credit unions, banks and tradfi blockchains, no middleman.
We are aware of a security incident on @Liquid_BTC. Purported white-hat hackers have withdrawn ~4,000 BTC (~$320 million) from the Liquid Federation wallet. The @Blockstream team is working on contacting them on-chain with a signed message.
What we know so far is that the funds were withdrawn via the SideSwap PAK (Peg-out Authorization Key), but that key was not compromised, nor were any others.
Exchanges have been notified and have already paused (or will pause) LBTC deposits and withdrawals. Other Liquid assets such as USDT, DePix, and RWAs are unaffected by this security incident.
Bridge nodes have been temporarily disabled, so no new transactions can be submitted to the network. Effectively, the Liquid sidechain is paused until this issue is resolved.
Liquid wallets will be impacted, and we're sorry for any inconvenience. Federation members are actively working on resolving this so we can restore normal network activity.
You can monitor the situation via @mempool's liquid.network site below:

Two explorers. Two views of Metal Blockchain.
1⃣ metalscan.io
MetalScan gives granular C-Chain detail: transactions, contracts, tokens, addresses, logs, and EVM activity.
2⃣ explorer.metalblockchain.org
The official explorer gives broader network visibility: validators, staking, subnets, and infrastructure.

The fix is ready with @BitcoinVM_ the great Bitcoin migration is coming…
Someone just broke the same encryption Bitcoin uses on a public quantum computer in 45 minutes
Yesterday an Italian researcher named Giancarlo Lelli broke a 15 bit elliptic curve key in 45 minutes on a publicly accessible quantum computer
It's the same math that secures every Bitcoin wallet, every Ethereum address and around $2.5 TRILLION in digital assets
He used around 70 qubits on cloud hardware, no national lab, no special equipment and won 1 BTC for it
The estimate of qubits needed to break Bitcoin's full key has dropped from 13 million in 2022 to under 500,000 weeks ago, then days later another study cut it 50x lower at 10,000
That's a 1,300x reduction since 2022, with most of the drop in the last six months
Right now 6.9 MILLION BTC, around $520 billion, sit in addresses with public keys already exposed on chain
That includes Satoshi's 1.1 million BTC, permanently visible and impossible to migrate because he's not coming back to move them
BlackRock tripled the quantum risk disclosure in its $64 billion Bitcoin ETF prospectus, warning quantum computing could result in "losses to Shareholders"
A Federal Reserve working paper called "harvest now, decrypt later" an active threat in September 2025, meaning state actors are already collecting public keys today to crack them when the hardware catches up
Quantum has been a future problem for 15 years
Yesterday the future arrived

Proof of work is a national security issue. So @MetallicusTDBN solved it by creating @BitcoinVM_ secured by @MetalBlockchain. A fully proof of stake, quantum ready, implementation of Bitcoin core that operates over 600x faster with minimal energy footprint.
97% of Bitcoin mining hardware is manufactured in China.
The U.S. Senate just responded.
The Mined in America Act would certify domestic mining operations, phase out foreign adversary hardware, and formalize a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve in Treasury.
Proof of Work is now a national security conversation.

We went ahead and made a better version of Bitcoin. Introducing @BitcoinVM_ a fully open source decentralized PoS ledger that reduces the energy footprint, and scales from 7 to 4,500 TPS. Secured by Snowman on @MetalBlockchain, built by @WeAreMetallicus
