This annoys tf out of me cause she's reinforcing the height issue unesessarily
If things work out long term, at least one of you will end up bent over in a walker or in a wheelchair before you die
It will be too late to realize you gotta prioritize character over inconsequential meatsack measurements
My single friend Jake is 31, funny, successful, and 5'2 tall. Dating is tough at 5'2. I encourage him to take a salsa class to meet women, and it half works.
He dances with a cute girl a few times. On the last day of class, they're chatting, she mentions she's single, and he asks for her number.
She enters her contact info into his phone.
He's going to text her the next day and... she only saved her name, no number. He asks me for advice.
My fear is that she meant to ghost him, but I tell him to follow her on Instagram. No shame in shooting one last shot. He doesn't have Instagram, so end of story, or so we think...
That was two months ago. Fast forward to last night, he's out at a bar, and spots salsa girl across the room. She approaches him, upset that he never texted!
She has no idea she failed to save her number, and they're going to dinner this week.
If you're single, hang in there, and please let this inspire you to talk to someone cute this weekend 🥰

The "KYC everyone for everything" situation has gotten totally ridiculous.
Even for non-financial products & use cases, I am having to scan my face and drivers license to get access to things like a Lime scooter, e.g. Before they could give me accounting advice, a Big 4 firm recently asked me to send a photo of my email *attached as a JPEG*.
This expectation creep around personal data sharing already has documented devastating consequences (e.g. financial ruin) at the individual level. It's only going to be a matter of time before personal identity compromise of enough individuals leads to a total collapse of online trust.
Wishing the company who repeatedly insisted a CA compromise was impossible a very happy highly sampled SOC 2 audit
🚨 MAJOR SECURITY ALERT
8 certificate authority private keys have been compromised.
How bad is it? An attacker holding these keys could impersonate ANY website, including banks, exchanges, or Google, and potentially intercept sensitive communications.
The good news: Chrome, Firefox and Apple have already taken action to block the compromised certificates.
The bad news: Many apps, developer tools and systems may still trust them.
What you should do TODAY:
Update your browser, OS and phone.
Update desktop apps (Slack, Discord, VS Code, etc.) as patches arrive.
Avoid untrusted Wi-Fi until your devices are updated.
Only install updates from official sources.
Ignore any email offering a "certificate fix".
This is a serious compromise of internet trust infrastructure, not just another website hack.

This is not a wife
This is a house manager
A house manager can sign an NDA
A house manager can be held to standards of conduct & be subject to liability
B2C AI can not
The incentives around your privacy & security are missaligned
Most of what you want can be solved with autopay, autoship subscriptions & a calendar 🤦♀️
When did people become so helpless?
Silicon Valley keeps building me a husband when what I really want is a wife lol
I don't want an agent that only does one-off, random tasks that are nice but not life-changing: booking flights, making dinner reservations, or buying tickets
I want an AI wife who knows what’s on the family calendar, remembers there’s a birthday party Saturday and we haven’t bought a gift then sends me options, realizes we’re almost out of diapers and buys them, knows which bills are coming up, remembers someone needs a dentist appointment and books it, figures out what the hell we’re eating all week and what we need from the grocery store, and generally keeps track of the 47 things that need to happen before anyone else even realizes they need to happen.
So, who's building me an AI wife that carries the mental load instead of an AI husband that waits for me to give it a chore??

HEX FOUNDER RICHARD HEART ARRESTED IN ISTANBUL, $600,000 CASH AND ARSENAL SEIZED
Turkish authorities have reportedly arrested Richard Heart, whose real name is Richard James Schueler, in a joint intelligence and police operation in Istanbul.
Heart, founder of HEX, PulseChain and PulseX, was wanted under an Interpol Red Notice issued at Finland’s request.
Police reportedly detained Heart and his wife at a residence in Istanbul’s Beşiktaş district following extensive surveillance.
Authorities seized:
• $600,000 in cash
• 24 wristwatches
• 20 gold bracelets and 7 gold necklaces
• 7 firearms and 1,360 rounds of ammunition
• 12 mobile phones and 6 laptops
• 20 graphics cards and 14 SSDs
• 2 drones
In 2023, the SEC charged Heart with raising over $1 billion through unregistered crypto offerings and allegedly misappropriating at least $12 million in investor funds to purchase luxury goods, including sports cars, expensive watches and a 555-carat black diamond.
Heart was subsequently placed on Interpol’s wanted list in 2024 over separate allegations involving tax fraud and assault.
Both Heart and his wife have been taken into custody for questioning as the investigation continues.
Horrifying!
What kind of psycho stores their bags like that?

Same with payments on Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.
Crypto still feels stuck in the past.

Introducing The Fantasy Bra unlike anything the world has ever seen.
Inspired by the impossible: Jacob & Co. and @victoriassecret bring back the Fantasy Bra.
For four decades, Jacob & Co. has created pieces that shouldn’t be possible. So when Victoria’s Secret asked us to reimagine one of its most iconic creations, it started with a single question: what if there was no fabric at all?
What began as a pencil sketch became a masterpiece of jewelry engineering. Crafted from 3,218 individually designed components, the creation moves with the body like lingerie, combining the brilliance of high jewelry with the fluidity of fashion.
More than 1,000 hours to create. 15 artisans. 4,410 natural diamonds.
At its heart lies an extraordinary 75.54-carat natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond, surrounded by 4,409 diamonds totaling 1,373 carats, featuring an array of exceptional cuts, including Jacob & Co.’s signature Angel-Cut.
Two icons, one shared belief: true spectacle should spark joy, inspire confidence and stir emotion.
Valued at $50 million, it is the most valuable Fantasy Bra ever made.
Created for the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

You can now type RickManelius instead of a Zcash address.
The name is claimed on-chain so you can verify it on @zecblock or @shieldedscanxyz
Here's how:
1. Open a Zcash wallet that supports name resolution
2. Enter RickManelius in the address field
Does your wallet recognize it? If not, reply with the wallet name...
Finally have my @ZcashNames!

Names make sending ZEC easier, but they can also reveal who you're paying.
Even if the transaction is shielded, reusing the same name can expose information you might prefer to keep private.
Just as you can rotate addresses, you can rotate names. Or simply share a fresh shielded address or QR code with your sender.
Some people may prefer receiving an address directly from someone they trust. That's fine too.
The point is having the choice.
