If all you look at is "price," that is all you will ever see.
If what you look at is fundamentals, "price' doesn't matter.

I’ve been researching @MidnightNtwrk and midnight-3:native pretty heavily since it launched, and the more I understand what they’re actually building, the more bullish I become.
I genuinely think buying $NIGHT this early could eventually feel like buying Bitcoin in its very early days.
Not because they’re the same thing, and obviously nothing guarantees the same returns. I’m talking about recognizing a technology before most people understand why it could matter.
Think about where the world is going.
Do we really believe banks, governments and major institutions are going to put all their financial and personal data permanently on transparent blockchains?
Of course not.
But I also don’t believe they’re going to move everything into completely opaque systems where compliance, AML checks, sanctions screening or investigations become impossible.
That’s why Midnight caught my attention.
The future, in my opinion, isn’t zero privacy or absolute anonymity.
It’s programmable PRIVACY.
Being able to prove what needs to be proven without exposing everything else.
That’s a massive difference.
Midnight is building around zero-knowledge proofs and selective disclosure, while $NIGHT itself remains transparent and generates $DUST to power private activity on the network.
And then I started looking at who is already around the ecosystem: Google Cloud, Worldpay, MoneyGram, Vodafone’s Pairpoint, eToro, Bullish and others.
That’s when my thesis really started clicking.
People keep talking about Monero and Zcash like governments and trillion-dollar financial institutions are suddenly going to give up all visibility and control.
LOL.
I don’t see that happening.
What I CAN see happening is institutions demanding privacy for their data while still having the ability to prove compliance when legally required.
And that’s exactly the middle ground Midnight is trying to build.
Maybe I’m wrong.
But after researching this project since launch, I think most people still have absolutely no idea what $NIGHT is positioned to become.
I’m accumulating accordingly. 🌙

midnight-3:native you will only win in crypto big when you are early in the game. That’s the secret. Midnight is as early as it gets. There is no way in this universe that Private Metadata will be skipped. It will blow up, because hacks are increasing dramatically. Midnight fixes this .

Breaking News
Cardano (ADA) has now been formally detailed by the SEC as a digital commodity, not a security today.
It is written directly into the Commission’s latest interpretive release. (Released Today)
A digital commodity is an asset that derives its value from the programmatic operation of a functional crypto system, not from the expectation of profits driven by the efforts of others.
ADA is listed alongside Bitcoin and Ethereum under that classification.

Zcash has been waiting 10 years for this moment
Zcash = shielded money
Monero = private money

Cardano takes home the "Best Blockchain for RWAs and Agentic Solutions 2026" award at Crypto Expo Dubai!
As a leading project driving Real World Asset tokenization on the network, the Palmyra team was honored to represent the Cardano ecosystem on stage. Our founder @DanielTetsuyama proudly accepted the award.
This win validates the power of Cardano and the practical supply chain solutions we are building at Palmyra and Palm Economy.
The Senate is a house of failure with more focus on 1 person than the 300+ million Americans they are supposed to represent.
Every one of those "representatives" needs to be removed from office. Holding back American ingenuity is no longer cool.
Thank you, @SECPaulSAtkins for stepping up to the plate.
For too long, regulatory uncertainty has prevented responsible, yet critical innovation from taking root in the United States.
It has been a priority of my chairmanship to reverse this trend.
Though temporary, the Innovation Exemption is a principled, structured grant of relief designed to resolve genuine legal uncertainty, while providing investor protections and upholding market integrity standards.
Through this order and a number of ongoing initiatives, we will ensure that America remains the world’s premier destination to build the next generation of financial infrastructure.

Well, that didn’t take long.
Congress spent more than a year negotiating CLARITY.
It failed.
Two days later, the SEC rolls out a five-year exemption letting certain tokenized U.S. stocks trade onchain with looser exchange and dealer requirements.
And this is the part people are missing:
Crypto didn’t stop because Congress did.
Congress had the chance to write the durable rules.
It didn’t get them through.
So now the SEC and CFTC are going to keep using the authority they already have to fill in whatever pieces they can.
That’s not as permanent as Congress doing its job.
But if anyone thought CLARITY failing meant onchain finance was going to sit around and wait…
It took about 48 hours to find out otherwise.

My thanks go to everyone who put so much effort into the CLARITY Act— across the Administration, Congress, investors, and innovators. Our collective conviction that America must continue to lead is indispensable.
I have been unequivocal: with or without legislation, we will act decisively within the SEC’s statutory authority to deliver certainty for American investors and for the entrepreneurs shaping our technological future.
Stay tuned.
"Trump" was the excuse.
Banks were the reason.
If you are not willing to question how these people became multi millionaires making what they make, you aren't seeking truth. You are spreading excuses.
They all need to be voted out.
The "truth" is the dems had no intention of voting yay. They pushed Trump into ethics clauses. He agreed, then they added more, and so on. It was the old "demand, concession, new demand" delay tactic.
They had no intention of passing it.
Just Click the Goddamn button:-)
Did I hear One Click solution using Defi? Something I have been pushing as a enterprise solution @USDMOfficial and usdmdefi.com for over 2 years now. I as a pro end user;-) like things simple, easy to understand and most importantly something I can trust day in and day out.
The issue is not creating the solution its getting people to trust it, where does trust come from?
1. Established institutions
2. Tried and true products and services from a reliable well known company with high brand recognition
3. A new product endorsed by very well known people who have developed that trust either world wide, regionally or within a large group of people within a well established community.
Charles has a great big microphone and platform for reach but its the people behind him that actually make the Cardano Engine run. I along with soo many others are a part of that engine, still here, still developing enterprise solutions, still helping our governance function find its footing and more importantly its balance between decentralization and business ventures, still creating new relationships with professional companies like @draper_u and @alphagrowth1
We find ourselves at a crossroads with a 10x contraction in Defi and Blockchain wide tvl which has exacerbated the problem of public perceived ada valuation (when a entity has no product/service to sell, its only the perception or belief that it is valuable holding the price up) which is the very real and present danger. We dont have a identity problem, we have a organizational problem and it will continue if we continue to run this chain like a charity organization rather then a business.

We're excited to announce that we're expanding ChatterPay into the Cardano ecosystem.
Now +2B people can send ADA, USDCx, USDM, USDA directly on WhatsApp. No new apps.
Just send a voice or text message, and that's it.
The easiest way to onboard new people into Cardano!
