The biggest alpha, like today's Credits by @jackbutcher, is always there in plain sight but only rewards those who are willing to risk it and have real people in their alpha circles.
Seeing many people who could mint many but didn't because they were scared. Just 5 mins and a few clicks of research would tell you that @jackbutcher's previous works were highly successful. They are still sitting at prices way above their cost after years. There isn't a single reason why this wouldn't cook.
Then there were those who monetized it by minting for others and charging commissions or engagement farming the CT.
Very grateful that I was able to mint MANY of them, thanks to being a part of the Allo Pass community and getting help from this chad @Truth_Web3 - he didn't charge any FEE or any other bullshit.
I was also able to mint another one with the help of @allodev and he helped many others in his community get some mints in, despite not being in US himself. Thank you @cuongNFTs for taking care of Allo comunity!
Then there's our giga chad @KingBootoshi who minted dozens of them for his community @BitcoinBoos - a chad founder who keeps showing up for his community rather than launching new collections and extracting with every web3 trend.
I'm sure there must be more communities like these out there. Keep your standards high and only align yourself with the real ones. Good alpha only requires some basic math and small research - not opinions of KOLs on CT.

Let's start with the main message. I created two new statistical indices based on early statistical theory from the 1920s that I augmented that I'm tentatively calling the Retained Impact Index (RII) and the Participation and Hold Index (PHI).
The RII is for identifying strong minting performance at scale is important for me to identify where I can give larger allocations for future collaborations based on community allocation, minting, holding, and a few other weights. The PHI helps identify communities with the strongest balance between mint participation and minter retention.

What does this mean? When looking at future allocations I can use the data to identify which communities made the largest contribution to the retained holder base (RII) AND which communities were the most effective with the number of WL opportunities they were given (PHI).
What does it NOT mean? RII and PHI won't be the only indicators I use for community collabs and these indicators are not final as I want to continue to collect data over time for improvement.
These ARE a solid first step for me in using statistical theory to obtain information that can support future planning that don't rely on simple dividend/divisor/quotient and account for base rates, precision, and bias.

Bitcoin Boos is #6 on Participation and Hold Index by @ticklesnarf10.
Despite the ordinals market conditions and many people having left web3, @BitcoinBoos still has a founder and team working for the holders. And these holders are way better people to choose for your mint, than majority of the fancy looking communities out there.
