I got into Bitcoin because I thought it could fix the money, and fixing the money might fix a lot of what's gone wrong with the world. I still rate the idea, but the people around it have allowed it to be captured, and I think it's part of something much bigger.

My coworker's mother passed away last November.
She left her modest $190,000 house to him clear and free, no mortgage, completely paid off after thirty years of factory work.
He moved into the home in January to finally settle the estate.
Two weeks ago, a letter arrived from the state Medicaid estate recovery office.
Because his mother spent four months in a rehabilitation facility before she passed, the state quietly slapped a retroactive $114,000 lien against the property title.
He called the state health department, frantic, asking how a hospital stay could bankrupt an inherited home that had no mortgage balance.
The caseworker sighed and told him:
"Federal law requires state programs to claw back healthcare costs from deceased estates. The house cannot be sold or transferred until the balance is cleared in full."
He offered to pay a monthly settlement.
They said no. The full $114,000 is due in 60 days, or they foreclose on the property at a public auction.
A lifetime of working-class savings, wiped out overnight by a retroactive healthcare lien.
You don't own generational wealth.
You're just holding a property title until the state finds a legal mechanism to repossess it the moment you die.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Because the house is worth $190,000 and the average house sale price is over$440,000, the house likely qualifies for the "modest value" exemption. (Check county values)

People - the debt will be inflated away but not all stores of wealth will be accessible to you. IMF paper documents the whole incoming regime of Financial Repression. You may see a balance in your brokerage or bank, but you will not be able to spend it.
Overview
The Western governments owe $100 trillions of dollars of debt. They can never pay this debt. They have no choice but to inflate it away as they did after the World Wars. This goes for all Western governments. First understand the basic mechanism of money supply expansion, QE.
Quantitive Easing or QE is a term used often but understood by very few.
It is simply the central bank (or Federal Reserve in the US) buying bad debt from other government debt holders. It can be called debt monetization and is mostly called “money printing”.
QE increases the size of the central bank (Feds) Balance Sheet.
But why does this cause inflation? Why do they call this inflating the debt away?
The answer is because prices go up because more money is bidding for the same goods and services so the price of these goods and services bids up.
The people pay for the debt with inflation and Financial Repression locks them from accessing the inflated assets.
The IMF just released their new paper “The Coming Great Repression”.
This is Financial Repression and its coming fast.
The governments will lock all exits from the fiat dollar/euro/yen systems then inflate the supplies to monetize the debt.
The early years before the events will be an attack on self sovereign assets and anything that shields wealth from government control.
The main stream media never even reported on this paper.
There will be an attack on Western citizen wealth.
Self Custody crypto and physical gold are the only lifeboats for wealth preservation under this incoming regime.
Look for more self custody FUD campaigns and more pressure to move to controlled custodial solutions behind “logins”.
There will be capital controls and guard rails around regulated custodial stores of value (banks, money markets, stocks and brokers) so you will not be able to withdraw or use your wealth even though you technically can see it.
This has begun in the UK and is rolling out towards 2030.
Remember just because you can see your bank balance does not mean you can spend it. That is Financial Repression an its a high probability outcome according to the IMF.
Hedge now into self custody L1 network stake and Bitcoin.
Not ETFs. Not treasury companies. Self custody.

Russian moms teach their daughters to "cheat”
"Why didn't you go on a date with that cute guy?"
"Mom but I have a boyfriend”
"So what? As long as you’re not intimate…”
It's not that they aren't loyal.
They just culturally don't believe in the boyfriend/girlfriend thing and that is why I respect them so much!!
To them, you're only "seeing" each other until you're engaged or married. You either have a husband or you have a friend. Nothing in between.
Because if he were serious about you, he would marry you. He would propose. He would work his a** off to get you that ring or that house you want so much.
Back in the USSR, people married fast. Some couples dated for a week before he proposed.
So "boyfriend" never meant partner. It meant boy + friend.
But once you're actually married?
Slavic mom’s encourage you to be super loyal to your husband, because that is when he becomes your ride or die.
You push him to grow, to DO better, to be his best self for you and for the family.
You take care of your beauty and work on yourself as a woman to keep him motivated. You speak highly of him in public and never tear him down.
But until then...
Slavic mom’s think nothing should stop you from being open to better options 💍

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

⚡️The real event is the collapse of the white-collar apprenticeship economy.
The junior analyst, associate, consultant, paralegal, accountant, recruiter, researcher, coder, finance professional, and coordinator were all expensive because competent cognition was scarce. AI is erasing that scarcity.
Within five years, a huge share of that work will simply stop being purchased from humans. The exact corporate mechanism will look deceptively boring: smaller incoming classes, vacancies left open, fewer backfills, one senior person running what used to require five juniors.
So the labor statistics will lag the reality.
The more important break comes afterward.
Those junior jobs were how people became senior people.
A first-year lawyer reviewed documents and drafted language until pattern recognition formed.
A banking analyst built models and decks until transactions became intuitive.
A finance analyst reconciled numbers until the business became legible.
A consultant researched industries until judgment developed.
AI consumes the training substrate.
That means the career ladder loses its bottom rungs.
Then firms start hiring fewer people at the bottom while expecting the survivors to operate much closer to senior level immediately. The funnel gets brutally narrow.
That creates a strange second-order shortage later: AI can replace junior production faster than institutions can replace human judgment formed through years of apprenticeship.
So the professional class bifurcates.
At one end: a small number of humans directing enormous machine capacity, owning decisions, relationships, capital, trust, and accountability.
At the other: millions of educated people discovering that being smart, diligent, credentialed, and competent no longer guarantees economic scarcity.
That is the real earthquake.
And it reaches universities next.
A $150,000 degree made sense when it purchased entry into a protected cognitive labor market. Once the entry jobs disappear, the degree loses part of the asset it was selling.
Then wages.
Then urban professional economies.
Then commercial real estate.
Then tax bases.
Then family formation.
Then politics.
The shock propagates far beyond employment.
The deepest shift is simpler:
For most of modern history, human cognition was capital.
A company hired people because useful thinking could only be obtained by hiring minds.
Now useful thinking can increasingly be rented by the token.
That changes the economic status of intelligence itself.
Once intelligence becomes infrastructure, the premium moves toward what remains scarce after intelligence becomes abundant:
judgment
ownership
trust
capital allocation
relationships
taste
responsibility
access
the ability to choose the right objective
The professional middle class was built on the scarcity of competent cognition.
AI is removing the scarcity beneath the class.
That is what is actually happening.
🚨LATEST: Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei says AI could wipe out HALF of entry-level white-collar jobs within 1–5 years
“50% of all entry-level lawyers, consultants, and finance professionals will be completely wiped out within the next 1–5 years,” Amodei says.
He argues AI will rapidly automate much of the work currently performed by junior professionals, fundamentally reshaping how these industries hire and operate.

This is huge for those of us who have been advocating for mold toxicity for years.
On Sep. 18, Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. hosted a federal Mold Surveillance Roundtable, bringing together physicians, researchers, patients and public-health officials to discuss and put together a $8.7 million plan towards surveillance and laboratory testing.
He spoke about his own family experience with mold, and how his wife was severely affected, as well as his child, who went through 80 different doctors before figuring it out that the inflammation came from mold in their home.
As someone whose family was affected by mold, especially my infant, this is extremely encouraging to see!

Passing time in a tightly packed airport coffee shop recently, I ended up in conversation with a thirty-something couple sitting only inches from me. I was coming from Mexico City and they were going there. After the usual banter, I asked where they were from and learned they were New Yorkers moving out of that city. They didn’t offer a reason and I didn’t press for one.
They asked me what I did for a living and I explained that I was a writer currently investigating how cartels were smuggling people into the US. I say I was chatting with this couple, but it was really only with her. He said nothing the entire time. But he listened intently as she asked questions.
“You travel a lot? Where have you been?”
“Well, so far this year, I’ve covered the WEF in Davos, researched Karl Marx in London, went to Gaza with the IDF…”
“You’ve been to Israel?” She interrupted. “We’ve been there. What do you think of the war?”
I guessed that here our conversation would end unhappily. They were New Yorkers, so almost certainly heavily propagandized lefties. But I pressed on.
“Almost everything you hear in Western media is wrong…”
“You mean it’s a lie. How?”
“Oct 7 was not just a Charlie Hebdo-style terrorist attack. It was an act of war. More than 7,000 Hamas terrorists penetrated the frontier at more than 100 points. Inspired by Islam, they had been instructed to r8pe, behead, torture, and kidnap men, women, and children.”
He still said nothing, but leaned forward, eyes narrowing.
“Who helped them do it?” She asked.
“Iran was the biggest supplier, but North Korea, China, and Qatar mostly. The UNRWA also played a role. Weapons and matériel were stockpiled in Egypt and smuggled into Gaza through tunnels.”
“You know that?”
“I know that. Trust me.” That led to a discussion of President Sisi, the Muslim Brotherhood, and my standoff with Egyptian State Security in Cairo. Still, I had no real gauge for where they stood politically. She asked if I had written anything on the subject, so I pointed her to my article for The Federalist connecting the dots between Egypt, USAID, Gaza, and my swatting.
A woman sitting nearby, leaned over and said, “Forgive me for eavesdropping on your conversation, but this is fascinating.” We all chatted a bit longer and I left.
About 30 minutes later I was standing in line at the gate waiting to board my flight when the husband appeared.
“Pardon me, but I had to come find you.” He was full of emotion. He indicated that he and his wife were Israelis who had lived in NYC but were now fleeing Mamdani’s third world sh*thole.
“You are a man who needs the protection of angels,” he said, and then presented me with a Jewish holy book. “We want you to have this. I pray it protects you.”
With that he turned and walked away.
Gentile and fierce Protestant that I am, I was nonetheless deeply moved. It seems they had read the article and, catching a glimpse of my work, felt my life was in danger. For my own part, I was aware that the same ideology that threatened me, was the same one that threatened them, forced them to move, and imperiled their native land.
I’m often amazed by the people the Lord puts in my path when I pause long enough to look around and notice them.

The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible - but I hear the same people express fear privately. No other human activity poses this level of danger.
