So how did every #CEX fare on the @SpaceX IPO final allocation?
- BitMart: 40% allocation for every user. No drama.
- Kraken: 4.2 shares each, worth ~$600, trading and transfers restricted.
- Gate: ~3% median allocation, remaining refunded.
- Binance: Full refund + $1M airdrop.
- Bybit: Full refund + 10% APY reward for 4 days.
- Bitget: Full refund + $10 fee coupon.
Some received real shares. Some received coupons and false hopes instead.
Turns out, not all ‘access’ is created equal.
When others handed out consolation prizes, @BitMartExchange handed out real allocation.
You know where to look for pre-IPO access next time, anon. 🤪
Gold at $4,066 near ATHs. DXY at yearly lows. S&P at 7,408. every macro signal says BTC should rip. instead $BTC is stuck at $64,500. $225M in weekly ETF outflows, 90% from @BlackRock's IBIT, plus stablecoin inflows fading. tailwinds don't help if the pipes are empty.
The Fraternal Order of Police endorsed the CLARITY Act, the crypto bill defining tokens as assets. @Polymarket odds dropped 41% to 30%. police unions have zero power over securities law. the endorsement is mechanically irrelevant. that it moved odds means the 41% was just vibes.
$TRUMP unlocked 10.8M tokens to exchanges Thursday, $16.9M. 28.7M more on July 18. 80% of supply still locked with Trump entities on a 3-year vesting schedule. at $1.58, down 97.7% from $73.43 ATH. the floor isn't demand. it's an unlock calendar with 76.3% still to come.
A whale bought 10,026 $ETH at $2,918 in November, held 8 months, and sold 8,010 at $1,838 on Thursday. $10.82M gone, down 37%. In the same 7 days, ETH ETFs took in $184.8M. Same asset. Same price. Same week. One side is capitulating. The other is accumulating.
three bridge exploits in 7 days. $51.76M. @AFX_XYZ: $24.15M. @bsquarednetwork: $3.86M. @Ostium: $23.75M. a lending pool can be audited and locked down. a bridge has to hold liquidity to function. that pool IS the attack surface. not a security failure. it's structural.
.@movementlabsxyz raised $141M. filed Chapter 11 with under $1M in assets left. a market-making deal let insiders dump 66M $MOVE tokens at listing. price cratered. co-founder Rushi Manche is the largest creditor at $1.6M+. investors put up the capital. insiders took the exit.
$BTC is back above $65K after weeks at $62-64K.
@Polymarket gives 74% odds of reclaiming $70K by year-end. down from 79% on July 11. earlier this year $100K was at 80%.
$70K used to be a waypoint to six figures. now it's the target. price recovered. ambition didn't.
Brent crude broke above $90/bbl today. Trump scrapped the Iran deal. @Polymarket says WTI 51% to follow.
oil feeds CPI with a 2-3 month lag. the Fed can't cut into rising energy costs. $BTC gets the commodity bid and the rate headwind at once. neither has broken through.
S&P 500 broke its 50-day MA, first time since April. Nasdaq -2.9% on AI selloff. gold at $4,031 near ATHs while money supply expands at the fastest rate in 5 years. $BTC flat at $64,774. growth proxy says sell. hard asset says buy. both signals are live. neither is winning.
the CLARITY Act, which defines tokens as legal assets, held a NYC hearing yesterday. looks like progress. one rule blocks the vote: can officials hold crypto while in office. Trump admin does. recess in two weeks. no vote = midterms. crypto bills die there. @Polymarket odds 35%.
Abraxas Capital, a trading firm, bought 45,996 $ETH last week. sent 618 BTC to Kraken. another whale OTC-sold 30K ETH via @GalaxyDigital at $1,833. same price ETH first hit April 2021. $84M bids, $55M asks. same level. range capped until one side breaks.
Citadel Securities put $400M into @cryptocom at $20B. first institutional round since 2016. Citadel is a market maker. they earn on volume, not price direction. 100M users. $BTC at $63,849, down 49% from $126K. Wall Street is buying the pipes, not the water.
Treasury Secretary @ScottBessent wants to back US debt with gold and silver. Hamiltonian economics. biggest change to the dollar since Nixon shut the gold window in 1971. gold at $4,058 near ATHs. whether the dollar gets hard backing or not, capital exits toward hard assets.
Ostium, a perp DEX, was drained for $23.75M USDC. the attacker immediately swapped it all into 12,084 $ETH at $1,965 and funneled through Tornado Cash. ETH was already up 9.52% on the week. that forced swap is a real $23.75M spot buy. exploits at this scale become market events.

England vs Argentina.
Pundits pick favorites. Markets price them 📊
On semifinal 2 the two disagree. Which do you trust more, the narrative or the number?
Reply below.
$ETH's Glamsterdam fork: late August, gas limit 60M to 200M, parallel execution, 10K TPS. dead center of the Fed's pause window. the Merge did this in Sep 2022: ETH $1,000 to $2,100 in a bear market. catalysts don't need a bull market. they need no macro surprises.
.@dampedspring's call: Fed holds through midterms, moves December. mechanism: no Fed chair has changed rates within two months of an election. new Fed chair Warsh has cover: CPI -0.4%, core PCE reaccelerating. $BTC gets four months at 3.50-3.75%, no policy surprises. 65% priced.
