A Russian satellite has been making hostile moves toward a U.S.-registered commercial satellite providing radar data in support of Ukraine, raising urgent questions about Russia’s intentions and the rules governing behavior in space. @CSISAerospace's @crswope breaks down what Russia’s satellite could do next and why the incident highlights the need for clearer norms and deterrence in space.

We discovered and communicated with a Chinese AI agent fleet. We believe this is the first time that researchers have ever made contact with a rogue agent fleet in the wild.
Nearly all prior public agent incidents (like the HuggingFace hack) came from American labs. These agents were hosted by Tencent's evaluation research team, and they targeted Alibaba's Amap.

Meet Rupert. His mission? Deceive the enemy and then self-destruct. On D-Day in June 1944, the Allies dropped hundreds of burlap and sand dummies with cotton parachutes across Nazi-occupied France, far from where the real paratroopers were landing in Normandy. Though just a third of the size of a person, the fakes, nicknamed “Rupert," would have looked larger in the air. They were designed to explode on landing, destroying evidence of the trick.

A 155-digit chain built from descending runs is prime.
The spiral marks integers by residue class modulo 4, the same arithmetic that governs which of these runs can avoid small factors.
Patterns like this are how large primes are hunted for cryptography: structure guides the search, then a proof removes the doubt.
