The last few weeks are a massive reality check. These players are nowhere near good enough, strong enough or passionate enough to play for this club at this level or any level. An absolute disgrace to a man. Will be surprised if we even make the playoffs this season.

New manager bounce? No thanks, we’re West Ham

Blackburn have had two shots on target. They have both gone in. Mads Hermansen never makes a save. Ever.

I either didn’t know this or had forgotten. Explains why Pablo dropped > for Magassa to come in. And no place for Alvarez.
Need x7 English academy raised players in match day squad in championship so for Magassa in someone needs to drop out especially cos Mavro back, strange no Ajala as attacking option on bench when he has 2 left backs on bench to fill quota

THAT IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS FROM JUDE! 🥶

Let’s hope Magassa can unleash Engels to actually demonstrate why we spent £22m on him
Hmmmm. Some surprises and not in a good way. Surprised Hermansen stays. And Morato remains at LB. Glad Mavro is back. And let’s see what Magassa can do. Still No Alvarez and Pablo dropped completly

Parker would not be my first choice. But I’ll get behind him. A bold move by the board to sack Nuno now, but the right one. Given how long he had. Plus two windows. Noble alongside him in back room staff could also be good.

This can’t be accurate Why would you hold a board meeting if his position was 100% safe? Why would you wait until New Year? That’s 2 months and we are already 6 points off the the top.
🚨 BREAKING: West Ham board hold meeting amid growing concerns over performances. All staff have reportedly been called into a meeting today, with the board understood to be “deeply concerned” by the team’s lack of ideas when chasing games and the style of football displayed in recent weeks. However, Nuno’s position remains 100% safe for now. Any potential managerial change is understood to be unlikely before the New Year at the earliest. The club have invested heavily in Nuno’s recruitment, including Pablo, Engels and Solomon, and there is a feeling that changing manager now could create further disruption.

Agree, club has got many recent managers wrong however… That was under Sully & Brady. We all know the limits they put on manager appointments - basically had to be free. I have a bit more faith DK, Karim and Nils would appoint someone better and more suitable.
Sacking the manager is easy But We are where we are partly due to the constant sacking of managers Like it or not With the current set up, changing dont seem to work. Maybe we just have to ride it out see what happens. I will add i dont see Nuno as long term for us though

I can’t let today’s defeat lie, for me he’s done, I said originally judge him after 10 games & we’ve had 13 & are in 8th Simply not good enough, full stop It’s the manor of every performance, even the wins we’re bang average,we’ve only been good in the Wolves & Wrexham game imo

Nuno in big trouble. Continues to do a poor job, lucky not to be sacked after relegation.

It’s the championship. You pick a formation. You get players in their best positions. You give them simple instructions. You coach it. You drill it. With better players and the right mentality you’re at the top. Nuno has brought none of that. He can’t assess a player. He has no style. He’s not a leader. He has to go.

Another absolute pony performance. Another… Early goal down. Huge holes in midfield. Shocking defensive errors. Shite set piece deliveries from Engels. Nuno has to go. Same issues, game after game. There is so much more potential in these players.

So pissed off with the performance and result today. Utterly disgusting and unacceptable start to the game. Shit defending and gifting Southampton goals. I know conditions were bad and the ref was awful, but no excuses - team need to take a long hard look at themselves

Remember when us West Ham fans were up in arms with rumours of Moyes wanting McTominey?!? 🤣😳 He’s been exceptional since leaving United.

Great to see “gamesmanship” coming in and looks like we have finally caught up with the physicality of the league and how games are referred. We gave as good as we got today. Unlike earlier in the season such as Millwall
Well that was a gritty, hard fought, physical game. Enjoyed that. Thought the ref got it spot on too. Missed chances and rode our luck but need those type of 1-0 wins if we are going to get promoted. ⚒️⚒️⚒️
