This is Kaylub Giamanco, a 36-year-old carpenter and father of two from Bend, Oregon. He was driving home from lunch on Thursday when he saw a guy with a shotgun blast his way into an elementary school. Kaylub ran from his truck, pulled his licensed handgun, and charged into the school, finding and killing the gunman.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

As the HSBC bank whistleblower, I need to say something about Bank of America.
It is called Bank of America. It let money move for the enemies of America.
$5 billion in suspicious transactions unreported. 475 apparent sanctions violations tied to Russia, Iran, narcotics, and terrorism.
$1.2 billion fine. Not one banker charged.
Nothing changes until someone goes to prison.

The Iredell-Statesville School District has a BIG problem.
I was censored by the board chair for reading from Push by Ramona Lofton. Then POLICE were brought in to intimidate me and force me away from the podium.
Let me get this straight: THE BOOK STAYS. THE PREACHER GETS SILENCED.
An allegedly inappropriate book remains in Lake Norman High School, but a preacher exercising his right to speak gets shut down?

Big production from two remarkable minds - Glenn beck & Data Republican join forces to connect the dots of the dark, global conspiracy tearing America down. They are exposing how these groups are connected & how they are paid & how they function as a network. It matters because many people still do not see how it all works together - for example drug overdoses today are an act of war funded & driven by the same people funding ICE protests because their goal is to destroy communities from within. Why are so many of those arrested in the riots pedophiles or have prior convictions involving sexual crimes? Because the same ideology/network pushing them is also trying normalize pedophilia & hyper-sexualize children & destroy faith in God, promoting hedonism over a moral code or basic human decency.
Here’s the key: America’s foreign enemies are working with her domestic enemies to dismantle this nation. It’s not a mystery - it is treason.
And this is not random or chaotic or grass roots - it is strategic. Don’t take my word for it: read the book by two Chinese Colonel’s called “Unrestricted Warfare”. You will then see how this was planned & operationalized.

And go back to JFK. Listen to him. He understood it all. He laid it out in his speeches, publicly calling out the CIA & the role of intel agencies in a dark global conspiracy. And they killed him for doing so.
From Durwin Lloyd ND (ret), Constitution X & other smart people on X:
“On April 27, 1961, ten days after the Bay of Pigs, Kennedy spoke to the American Newspaper Publishers Association at the Waldorf-Astoria…
Here’s what Kennedy said:
“We are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means… on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice…guerillas by night instead of armies by day. A machine that joins military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations. Preparations concealed, not published. Mistakes buried, not headlined. Dissenters silenced, not praised. No expenditure questioned, no rumor printed, no secret revealed.””

Tonight we're connecting the dots the DSA hoped we’d never look at.
What you see on news feeds, college campuses, and city councils isn't random. It’s an engineered illusion. The radical activists filling the streets are just the front men.
Behind them sits a massive, international network pulling the strings, moving money through legal backdoors, and manufacturing public outrage.
We teamed up with @DataRepublican to expose the entire apparatus, from global NGOs down to the local foot soldiers. And tonight, we hand you their blueprint.
What about Hasan and Christa Pike in a gladiator match. The loser dies and the winner gets shot, and dies.

I have just completed what I believe to be the most comprehensive evaluation of Charlotte NC arrest records in history.
This project has taken me 3 months to complete, combing through over 50,000+ arrest records and mugshots.
I've found what appears to be massive fraud.
Thousands of Hispanics have been labelled as "WHITE CAUCASIAN" in the arrest records... THOUSANDS.
In fact, I found over 500 cases where Hispanics who were arrested more than once... had their "Ethnicity" CHANGED from "Hispanic" to "Caucasian" from one arrest to another.
Horrifyingly, I found HUNDREDS of these "White Caucasians" were actually ILLEGAL ALIENS from foreign countries with ICE detainers.
Perhaps most disturbing...
Many of the illegal aliens who were labelled as "WHITE CAUCASIAN" had already been released back into the public, DESPITE the ICE detainer requesting they stay in prison.
We have a serious problem.
Dear US citizens,
You can't have the money you paid in all your life because we gave it away to lazy people who hate you.
Sincerely,
Your elected government

I have submitted my resignation from the Department of War.
It has been an honor to support the mission of the Department. I remain a strong supporter of our nation’s military and Secretary Hegseth’s leadership.
I’m stepping back to focus on my book tour and midterms analysis in the months ahead.
I do want to say I’m disappointed by how Special Government Employees, not just myself, have been treated in public discourse. The SGE program exists so that talented private citizens can serve their country without leaving their lives behind. We as a nation can find a better way to welcome those who want to serve their country.
I’m grateful to have had the opportunity. I wish the Department and Secretary Hegseth continued success.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after a 22-year-old who runs into BURNING BUILDINGS as a volunteer firefighter was told he isn't qualified to be a paid firefighter...
...because he was HOMESCHOOLED.
Then the city changed the job posting to cover it up.
His name is Andrew Coates. He's 22 years old, in Nebraska.
Right now, today, he runs into burning buildings as a volunteer firefighter for Cedar Bluffs Fire. He is a state-licensed EMT.
He is doing the job. For free.
All he wanted was to get PAID to do it. In his words: "Make a career out of it would be the goal. To get paid to do what you love."
So he applied to the Fremont Fire Department.
And in April, the city rejected him. Why?
Because his high school diploma says he was homeschooled.
That's it. That's the whole disqualification.
Not his EMT license.
Not his fitness.
Not his record.
Not his experience pulling people out of fires ALREADY!!
...how he was educated.
The job posting he applied to said "graduation from high school."
That's all it said.
He graduated high school.
He has a diploma.
And AFTER they rejected him, the city went back and added the word "accredited" to the job description.
His own fire chief, the man who has watched Andrew work, showed up to defend him:
"I feel the city of Fremont is really missing out here, and in my mind, because of his homeschooling, you guys are discriminating against him."
Over THIRTY homeschool families showed up to stand behind this kid.
And the Civil Service Commission? They said it isn't their job to touch city policy.
Homeschoolers are literally a generation of kids who read ABOVE grade level, who work with their HANDS, who volunteer in their communities, who show up for their neighbors.
And this young man is the proof.
At 22, he's a certified EMT and a volunteer firefighter, while plenty of his peers are on a couch.
When your house is on fire at 3 a.m., I promise you will not ask the man dragging your children out where he went to high school.
You will not ask if his diploma was accredited.
You will thank GOD he came.
Andrew isn't even fighting for himself anymore. His words:
"I think now it's turned into we want to make sure that every homeschooler has an equal opportunity."
That's a better man than the policy that rejected him.
Fremont, you have a licensed EMT and an active firefighter begging to serve your city. And you turned him down over paperwork, then rewrote the paperwork to cover it.
Fix this.
Hire him!!!!!!!
