You can lower your body-fat percentage while gaining muscle in a surplus.
Muscle growing faster than fat = lower BF% even as the scale goes up.
That’s the actual goal of a lean bulk.
It’s also a lot easier with even mild AAS.
People hear “bulk” and assume you have to get fatter.
They don’t realize outpacing fat with muscle is how BF% drops.
This applies in a cut or a surplus.

TANK IS BACK.
Houston #Texans star WR Tank Dell is returning after nearly TWO YEARS away from football.
What he has overcome is INSANE:
• 2023: Concussion
• 2023: Fractured fibula
• 2024: Shot in the leg
• 2024: Dislocated knee
• 2024: Torn ACL, MCL and LCL
• 2024: Meniscus damage
• Multiple knee surgeries
• Missed the entire 2025 season
ONE HELL OF A COMEBACK STORY.
❤️🙏
Nearing 400 followers on the new account.
Still faithful the suspended account returns, but won’t hold breath!
Broke children and their multiple accounts, reporting everything under the sun until something sticks.
The time and effort, although some didn’t need to put much into it, could have been used for many other things in life, eh, I guess malicious trolling constitutes.
I at least want you guys to know it became a net positive, somehow!
😂
Although with a new affiliation with Elite, it was annoying to be scrubbed at that point.
I’ll give you shit heads credit on that timing. 😏 🤦♂️
Not too shabby for being a few weeks old!
About 10% the way back to old following, lol.
Show goes on!

BREAKING NEWS:
Coach DeMeco Ryans lets reporters know WR Tank Dell will be back against the New York Giants
Why do I think Dihexa and Tesofensine are the best oral compounds on earth aside from AAS?
Because there is no other compounds made orally that can replace the consistency these compounds can provide you towards your goals.
It's the closest thing to "does the work for you", by nudging you to do the work.
One of my favorite compounds for a reason..
Has a real edge use-case.
A period of time, weeks to months, where there is something in your life you need focus and a locked-in state on.
This paired with tesofensine in that stint is ideal, because of the reward pathways, but even isolated still likely potent.
Best oral compound by far, along tesofensine IMO.
3 weeks into Dihexa and I finally understand why people call this “steroids for your neurons.”
If Dihexa’s preclinical data ever translates to humans, this could be one of the craziest cognitive compounds in the entire biohacking space.
Dihexa is an orally active Angiotensin IV derived peptidomimetic designed to cross the blood brain barrier.
The research is what initially got my attention.
In preclinical models, Dihexa has been studied for its effects on:
synaptogenesis
neuroplasticity
learning + memory
neuronal survival
cognitive performance
Basically, instead of acting like a traditional stimulant and just making you feel more awake, the interesting theory behind Dihexa is actually improving the brain’s ability to form and strengthen connections.
3 weeks in, the biggest things I’ve personally noticed are faster information processing, better mental endurance and feeling more locked in when I’m learning or working.
Keep in mind that I’m a month out from a bodybuilding show and this has helped me stay sharp as I’m in an aggressive deficit in my prep.
There’s also that famous claim all over X that Dihexa is millions of times more potent than BDNF in certain experimental assays, which is part of why this compound became so popular in the biohacking world.
The important thing to remember is most of the impressive research is still preclinical, so we’re very early here.
But so far, this is one I’m genuinely interested in continuing to test.
I’ll keep you guys updated as I get deeper into it.
For research, mine is from Premier Bio Labs.

BREAKING: #Eagles QB Jalen Hurts has been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis and bilateral pulmonary emboli after further testing.
Hurts is clinically stable and will be on blood thinners, preventing him from participating in football activities. His prognosis is “very good,” with a full recovery and no long-term effects expected, per his agent Nicole Lynn.
Fucking love this!

Sometimes stock is hard to find (in now on Amazon), but Pure Blood is my favorite brand.
Pretty much the unanimous P4P natto supp.
Why Nattokinase is the one supplement almost every TRT & AAS user Is still underdosing
Nattokinase is one of the first supplements the bro community tells you to grab when you hop on TRT. Most guys either buy the standard 2,000 FU bottle and call it a day, or they take it without actually understanding what it does. Either way, they’re usually leaving the real benefits on the table.
It’s even more relevant if you’re enhanced. AAS push the same blood-thickening effects as TRT (higher hematocrit and viscosity aren’t inherently bad-that’s part of how androgens work), but they raise the stakes on clotting risk and cardiovascular strain. Nattokinase is one of the cheapest, most practical tools you can add to keep blood moving better while you’re on.
I run around 10,000 FU a day and have for years.
What it actually is
Nattokinase is an enzyme produced when Bacillus subtilis ferments soybeans into natto. It’s a serine protease with strong fibrinolytic activity, meaning it helps break down fibrin, the protein mesh that holds blood clots together. It’s measured in fibrinolytic units (FU), not milligrams. A 100 mg capsule can be 2,000 FU or far less depending on potency, so always check the FU number.
How it works
It works through multiple mechanisms:
-Directly degrades fibrin.
-Boosts tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) activity and inhibits PAI-1 (the main brake on the body’s own clot-dissolving system).
-Lowers clotting factors VII and VIII.
-Reduces red blood cell aggregation and whole-blood viscosity.
The net effect is better blood fluidity and less fibrin buildup without acting like a pharmaceutical anticoagulant.
Why it matters on TRT and AAS
Testosterone and other androgens stimulate red blood cell production. Hematocrit rises, blood gets thicker, and the risk of micro-clots or higher cardiac workload goes up. Nattokinase doesn’t reliably lower hematocrit the way phlebotomy or dose adjustments do, don’t treat it as a replacement for managing high HCT properly, but it supports the fibrinolysis side of the equation and helps keep blood from getting sticky. That matters more the higher your dose and the longer you’re on.
Beyond that, the data shows broader cardiovascular support. A large 12-month clinical study using 10,800 FU/day reported roughly 36% reduction in carotid plaque area, about 22% reduction in carotid intima-media thickness, and solid lipid shifts (LDL down ~18%, HDL up ~16%). The same study found 3,600 FU/day did essentially nothing for those markers. Smaller trials show modest blood pressure reductions at lower doses (around 2,000 FU).
Most commercial products are dosed at 2,000 FU because that’s the amount used in the early blood pressure studies and what the Japanese Nattokinase Association recommends as a baseline. For the stronger effects seen on plaque and lipids, the higher end (closer to 6,000-10,800 FU) is what the data points to.
Take it on an empty stomach for better absorption. Look for products standardized to FU, preferably third-party tested for activity. It’s generally well-tolerated at the doses studied (including 10,800 FU), but it has real fibrinolytic activity, so don’t stack it with prescription anticoagulants or antiplatelets as much if you can truly avoid it. This gives you a cheap, evidence-backed edge on the clotting and viscosity side of the equation that androgens create.
For the price, it’s one of the higher-leverage additions to a TRT or enhanced protocol. Most people just underdose it.
