I was excused from jury duty and only missed 1/2 day of work.
Regardless, the subpoena was an intimidation and retaliation technique that many would say is a violation of my first and fourteenth amendment rights.
The same day I requested the evidence against me for my traffic court date, they used the lawfare system to intimidate and retaliate against me by issuing a subpoena for me to attend jury duty.
I will be checking in daily, if I do not post my status every night, come looking for me please.
