It baffles me how 'men' like this do not understand that shutting women out of the society would only lead to the destruction and inevitable crumble of said society. The burden of 2 put on the shoulders of one will only result in the cripping of that one. How unfortunate.

I don't know how else to put it for the anti-hijab feminist, but y'all will NOT eradicate hijab-wearing women from society. The tactic will change & attacks evolve, but we'll remain defiantly strange in your faces & continue to perplex y'all. It's a proven track record.
The silence from feminists on Azerbaijan is so loud, we see it 🥰 You only support women when they dress the way you want them to.

Pages of the Glorious Qur’ān today Sunday 18/10/26, Sūrah Sajdah (32): 21-30 and alAḥzāb (33): 1-6, tafakkur verse 33: 6 Theme: Allah Established The Authority of Prophet Muhammad, the Honour of His Family, and the Priority of Kinship ٱلنَّبِيُّ أَوْلَىٰ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ وَأَزْوَاجُهُ أُمَّهَاتُهُمْ ۗ وَأُولُوا الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِبَعْضٍ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُهَاجِرِينَ إِلَّا أَن تَفْعَلُوا إِلَىٰ أَوْلِيَائِكُم مَّعْرُوفًا ۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُورًا “The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves, and his wives are their mothers. And those of blood relationship are more entitled to inheritance in the decree of Allah than the believers and the emigrants, except that you may do to your close associates a kindness [through bequest]. This has been written in the Decree.” LESSONS: 1. Believers are required to recognise the unique authority of Prophet Muhammad and give precedence to his guidance over their personal desires whenever these conflict with divine guidance. True faith entails obedience, trust and commitment to his teachings. 2. The wives of Prophet Muhammad hold a special status as the Mothers of the Believers. This establishes their dignity and demands that they be treated with the respect befitting their position. 3. Blood relatives have rights and responsibilities towards one another. Family relationships should be maintained through care, support, fairness and mutual assistance, rather than neglected in favour of less closely related associations. 4. Although relatives have particular rights, kindness is not restricted to blood relations. Friends, companions and other people who have meaningful relationships with us may also deserve support, generosity and consideration. 5. Social relationships, personal preferences and inherited customs must be guided by the principles established by Allah. The verse reminds us that lasting social harmony requires respect for divinely established rights, justice in relationships and responsible fulfilment of obligations. O Allah, grant us sincere love for Prophet Muhammad, the grace to follow his guidance, and respect for his household. Help us maintain our family ties, fulfil the rights of our relatives, show kindness to our companions and neighbours, and uphold justice in all our relationships. Guide us to live by Your Book and grant us success in this world and the Hereafter. Āmīn.

Pages of the Glorious Qur’ān today Friday 16/10/26, Sūrah Luqmān (31): 20-34, tafakkur verse 31: Theme: Follow the Path that Creator has Laid Down for Us All - the Path of Islam (23) "And when it is said to them, Follow what Allāh has revealed, they say, Rather, we will follow that upon which we found our fathers. Even if Satan was inviting them to the punishment of the Blaze? And whoever submits his face [i.e., self] to Allāh while he is a doer of good - then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold. And to Allāh will be the outcome of [all] matters. And whoever has disbelieved - let not his disbelief grieve you. To Us is their return, and We will inform them of what they did. Indeed, Allāh is Knowing of that within the breasts". LESSONS: 1. With these verse, Allah established that Alancestral inheritance is not an infallible standard of truth. A belief or practice does not become correct simply because our ancestors practised it. We must respect our heritage while evaluating inherited beliefs against divine guidance and sound principles. 2. Islam teaches that culture and religion can coexist. It is well-establishes through the Qur'ān and Sunnah that embracing Islam does not require abandoning one's cultural identity. We should preserve beneficial traditions, correct harmful practices and reject whatever contradicts the Unity of God. 3. The mind must be open to learning and re-learning. This, Islam guides us to know that truth requires knowledge and critical reflection. Every individial is encouraged to seek the truth and find their own conviction. Familiarity, social pressure and popular opinion should not replace sound judgement. We must examine inherited beliefs, seek knowledge and have the courage to ask questions and correct our misconceptions. 4. Faith in Islam is inseparable from good conduct. In fact, it is measured on the basis of good condict. Hence, genuine faith must produce righteous conduct. Religious identity and outward observance are insufficient without sincerity, honesty, justice, compassion and responsibility. True submission to Allah should be reflected in our dealings with others through kindness, generosity, humility, compassion and so on (irrespective of their faiths, races, or social classes). 5. Allah affirms again that the Faith will not be accepted by all and could never be forced on all people. Therefore, Muslims must uphold their convictions with wisdom and patience, understanding that every individual is entitled to their choices and opinions, and they bear full responsibility for those choices. Hence, religious disagreement should not lead to hostility or injustice. We must communicate the truth respectfully, remain steadfast in our faith and recognise that ultimate judgement belongs to Allah. O Allah, guide us to the truth and enable us to follow it. Show us falsehood as falsehood and grant us the ability to avoid it. Make us among those who firmly hold to Your Book and the Sunnah of Your Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Grant us wisdom in understanding our religion, justice in dealing with Your creation, sincerity in our deeds and a good ending. Make us among those who excel in doing good. Āmīn.

I lost something recently, something I thought I'd have till the end of the year. Then, my body started to ache yesterday from long shifts. This made me contemplate the temporarily of things & how we never understand until they are no more. May Allah preserve us upon good. Amin.
Pages of the Glorious Qur’ān today Wednesday 14/10/26, Sūrah ar-Rūm (30): 42-60, tafakkur verse 30: 54 Theme: Humans must acknowledge their weakness and submit to the greatness of Allah ۞ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَكُم مِّن ضَعۡفࣲ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ضَعۡفࣲ قُوَّةࣰ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ قُوَّةࣲ ضَعۡفࣰا وَشَیۡبَةࣰۚ یَخۡلُقُ مَا یَشَاۤءُۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَلِیمُ ٱلۡقَدِیرُ "Allāh is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent". LESSONS: 1. Through the Qur’ān, Allah explains the different stages of human life, from birth through youth and strength to old age and death. This reflects a profound philosophy of existence: human beings begin in weakness, attain strength, and eventually return to weakness. This progression reminds us of our limitations, our dependence on Allah, and the reality that all power and existence ultimately belong to Him. 2. Despite attaining physical and mental strength, human beings can suddenly become weak or helpless through sickness, accidents, and other trials. This demonstrates that our strength and abilities are not entirely within our control. We may make plans and take precautions, but we cannot determine every circumstance of our lives or escape the decree of Allah concerning our mortality. 3. Strength is a temporary blessing that must be utilised responsibly. Health, beauty, intelligence, youth, and physical abilities are gifts from Allah, not grounds for arrogance or pride. Rather, they should inspire gratitude and motivate us to worship Allah, acquire beneficial knowledge, work productively, assist others, and contribute positively to society. We must never look down on the weak, the sick, or the elderly, for the conditions we witness in others may eventually become our own. 4. Human efforts to overcome ageing and physical weakness through science and technology are remarkable, but they cannot overturn the divine decree. Although people can improve their standard of living, acquire material possessions, and create comfort and luxury for themselves, there may come a time when the body can no longer enjoy these privileges or even desire them. Eventually, human strength, intellectual capacity, beauty, status, and other worldly advantages diminish. This reality teaches us that worldly achievements, however impressive, are temporary and cannot guarantee lasting satisfaction or immortality. We should therefore appreciate Allah's blessings without becoming enslaved to worldly pursuits or neglecting our ultimate destination. 5. Every stage of life, especially youth, is a trial and must be spent in preparation for the inescapable Hereafter. Youth offers a valuable opportunity to worship Allah, acquire beneficial knowledge, cultivate good character, perform righteous deeds, and serve humanity while we possess the strength and ability to do so. We must not postpone righteousness until old age, assuming that time and opportunity will always be available. Since neither the arrival of old age nor the time of death is known to us, we should prepare for the Hereafter at every stage of life. Ultimately, true success lies not merely in how long we live, how much we acquire, or how comfortable we become, but in meeting Allah with sincere faith and righteous deeds and attaining His pleasure. O Allah, bless our lives, our time, our health, and our strength. Help us to remember You, give thanks to You, and worship You in the best manner. Make our youth, our strength, and every stage of our lives occasions for obedience to You and the pursuit of Your pleasure. Āmīn.
