Logged on after a break from X. Good Lawd, it's getting worse. Logging off...... – at Guelph, Ontario
Actions, Pierre, speak louder than words, and you continue to stumble in your efforts to challenge the Prime Minister.
Mark Carney has been wrong about every major economic question of our time.
- He predicted COVID would cause deflation
- He supported carbon taxes
- His Net-Zero Alliance is now bankrupt and shut down
- He wrote we should keep 50% of our oil in the ground
- He opposed the Northern Gateway Pipeline
He is an expert at making exactly the wrong call every single time.
I want @PierrePoilievre to rise to the occasion and engage Mark Carney in a debate on the intricacies of Economics. It would be an opportunity for Pierre to showcase his knowledge. Come on, Pierre, put your money where your mouth is.
David's upset with anti-American propaganda, all while supporting American propaganda.
Oh, good grief. I see another makeover in Pierre's near future.
The Carney Liberals did not win a majority government through a general election or today's by-elections. Instead, it was won through backroom deals with politicians who betrayed the people who voted for them.
While the Prime Minister spent the year on this cynical power grab, he has doubled the deficit, and given Canada the worst grocery prices and housing costs in the G7.
Liberals expect Canadians to give up, get complacent and go away, so Carney can have total power without any accountability. That will not happen. Our country and its people are worth fighting for.
We will continue to fight for people to afford homes, food and fuel.
We will continue to fight for safety in our streets.
We will continue to fight for our resource workers and soldiers.
I will continue to lead that fight every day and in every way in Parliament, across the country and in the next election, when Canadians will reclaim the country we know and love.
Conservative supporters are pissed because the Liberals are now beating them at their own game.

PM Carney: "Canada is a nation forged through accommodation, not assimilation. Through partnership, not domination. The founding insight of our country is that unity does not require uniformity."
I’ve been reviewing X, and it's clear that Conservatives are experiencing a significant meltdown. Hopefully, this situation will be resolved by Monday, and we will all move on.....right?
It's cute how they make this a Carney issue when the real worry should be about the Conservative Party, and why they are so easily swayed.
Program note:
Since Canada's founding in 1867:
'No prime minister has relied on floor-crossing to reach majority status.'
Carney will be the first.

It takes a lot of courage to say this after he lost his seat and then begged the party for his job back.
Mark Carney is seizing a costly Liberal majority that voters denied him, and doing so through backroom deals.
In January, MP Gladu said that floor crossers should face voters in a byelection to give voters the final say. I could not agree more.
She should do so. The people in her community voted for our Conservative vision of a Canada that is affordable, safe, and strong at home, not for the costly Liberal government she has now joined.
She should honour her word and let voters decide.
