Pretty cool when you play pickup with a kid you’ve known since he was born. I used to hold Christian as a baby. I took him to hoop camps when he was younger. His father Billy is a good friend & could play hoop. Now he’s 22 and was just sworn in as a Police Officer.
All you Notre Dame haters out there!!! They will be back. I won’t complain about the refs. You saw it if you watched. Still plenty of football left!!

I always believed as an educator/youth coach be proactive!!! Get the little things handled first. You focus & deal with the little things now it helps work the other bigger issues out later. Am I wrong?

This was great to listen to. Anthony’s story is inspirational. No one’s past defines them. Powerful speaker with an important message. Changing lives for the better.

Always loved Barkley. I think most educators will admit the job is getting more challenging. There are many different reasons. Any support is welcomed.

Charles Barkley is drawing attention for his comments about the people he believes deserve the most admiration and respect.
“Teachers, firemen, policemen, nurses, and people in the armed services. Those are the people I admire and respect the most. They got, like, real jobs, and they’re real important. I dribble a stupid basketball. I’ve gotten more respect and more money than I’ve ever deserved in my life,” Barkley said.

Always tried to use this platform to lift up coaches who I know well. From college, HS, to tee ball. Hoop, football, baseball, soccer, wrestling ALL Coaches are dealing with BS they don’t need. I feel bad for young coaches. Not many stick around for long in HS anymore!!!

I LOVE THIS Coach!!! Let’s start doing it for youth coaches, officials, etc. I love people that bash volunteers. Coaches board members etc. Then you ask them to donate just a little time & seems like they never can?
