On the *same day* the Cornell Seven drugged and raped Jane Doe, Cornell banned four students (including the President of Cornell @jvplive) from campus for three years for nonviolent, pro-Palestine protests. The same @Cornell officials let the rapists off with apology essays.

When I was a senior at Cornell in 1985 I applied for a Rhodes Scholarship. I said I wanted to work on creating an AI as an entertaining fictional character. I still remember the frigid contempt of the humanities professors who interviewed me. They did not like that idea at all.

The Cornell University r@pist. These men drugged a young woman and took turns r@ping her. In a group chat, they took a picture of her and invited others to rape her. Only two of them were expelled the others had to write an essay. You should be outraged by the outcome. This young woman will forever be changed by what happened to her and these young men get a slap on the hand.

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. THIS CORNELL LAWSUIT IS HORRIFYING. 🤯
A former 20-year-old Cornell student has filed a 101-PAGE LAWSUIT alleging that seven Chi Phi fraternity members drugged and gang-raped her during an hours-long assault at the fraternity house in October 2024.
According to the lawsuit, she was visibly intoxicated and had an “X” on both hands indicating she was underage when she attended a Tri-Delta event at Moonies Bar & Nightclub, yet she alleges employees continued serving her alcohol.
After leaving around 11 p.m., she went to the Chi Phi house to meet Matthew Ingalls. The lawsuit alleges Ingalls and Johnathan Newell pressured her to take what they told her was ketamine, along with marijuana and additional alcohol. She alleges the sexual assault began shortly afterward.
Then, at approximately 1:42 A.M., Newell allegedly sent a message to the “Chi Phi Actives” Snapchat group:
“FREE PY” upstairs.*
One person allegedly responded, “This is crazy work,” while another allegedly wrote, “Like you can walk in and whip it out.”
According to the complaint, additional fraternity members then entered the room. It further alleges Newell ordered her to snort ketamine off his erect p*nis and that seven men poured ketamine over her body and snorted it.
The alleged assault continued until approximately 5:45 A.M., and the lawsuit says she was completely incapacitated.
She reported the allegations to Cornell police on November 8, 2024, after which Cornell suspended the Chi Phi chapter and the seven accused students.
But the lawsuit raises another disturbing issue: according to her attorney, only TWO of the seven were expelled, while others received lesser sanctions including suspensions, workshops and the opportunity to submit ESSAYS to Cornell to mitigate their conduct.
NO CRIMINAL CHARGES WERE FILED. The Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office said there was insufficient evidence to support charges, while an attorney for one of the accused men has denied the allegations.
Cornell says its Office of Civil Rights and Office of Student Conduct investigated the allegations and that the Chi Phi Xi chapter remains barred from campus.

This footage is going to become a big headache for the police.
A police officer appears to pretend he has been hit by a car.
Seconds later, the elderly man behind the wheel is dragged out of the vehicle and thrown to the ground.
How are the public supposed to trust the police to enforce the law when incidents like this happen?
This needs investigating properly, and if the footage is as it appears, there must be accountability for every officer involved.
