🚨HERO IDENTIFIED: THE FATHER WHO PURSUED AND SHOT THE OREGON SCHOOL SHOOTER!
The man who reportedly pursued and shot elementary school gunman John J. Griffin in Bend, Oregon, has been identified as 36-year-old Kaylub Giamanco, a carpenter and father of two little girls who attend Silver Rail Elementary School.
According to his brother, Kyle Giamanco, Kaylub was driving home from lunch when he encountered the gunman heading toward the school.
Kaylub, who legally carries a concealed firearm, reportedly took action to stop the threat.
His brother told NBC News that Kaylub wasn’t thinking about being a hero. He was thinking about the CHILDREN.
Kaylub reportedly knows the family of the 7-year-old little girl who was shot and hospitalized. According to his brother, she was recovering from facial surgery Thursday night.
His brother called Kaylub a hero, but said Kaylub doesn’t want to speak publicly because he doesn’t believe he’s one.
Well, Kaylub, I think millions of Americans would disagree with you.
GOD BLESS KAYLUB GIAMANCO! 🇺🇸

AUSTIN MAN arrested five times for trespassing -- at a motel, a liquor store, and a P Terry's -- plus twice for resisting arrest, once for failing to identify himself to police while he was a wanted fugitive, and just last month for evading arrest.
Prosecutors have made only one charge stick. He got 8 days in jail, already served.
Arthur Hakerdian was shirtless and making employees uncomfortable at the P Terry's. The manager banned him for a year. He sat down in a tree line nearby, waited, and came right back to talk to the workers 20 mins later. County Attorney Delia Garza's office declined the resisting charge.
Three days before that, a judge had dismissed his last trespass case, at a Twin Liquor on Pleasant Valley. He'd been let out on a personal bond as long as he stayed in mental health treatment. He skipped court. His bond was forfeited, a warrant went out, a competency exam was ordered. Then everything was dismissed.
The year before, he was arrested for trespassing at a Super 8 on I-35. Garza's office declined it the next day.
Three months later, he was arrested again for trespassing, resisting arrest, and failing to identify himself to police while he was a wanted fugitive. Declined, declined, declined.
His first trespass arrest, back in 2020, was declined too.
Last month, he was arrested again, this time for evading arrest.

Six Austin City Council members are campaigning against an audit of the city government they run.
Proposition I on the Nov ballot would require Austin to bring in an outside firm to regularly audit City Hall for waste. Last week, council members Vanessa Fuentes, José Velásquez, Chito Vela, Ryan Alter, Mike Siegel and Zohaib Qadri rallied against it.
Three of them (Fuentes, Vela and Alter) sit on the Audit and Finance Committee, the body that's supposed to oversee city spending.
They did vote for the city's ersatz audit earlier this year, but that’s the one shaped by the city workers' union protecting their jobs.
The main group running the campaign against Prop I is a PAC called Austinites for Equity, funded mostly by $50,000 from the city workers' union. Several of these council members know it well. In 2024, it worked to help elect or support Fuentes, Vela and Siegel. In 2025, Fuentes' own campaign gave it $6,000.
So the officials being audited, the union representing the employees being audited, and the PAC both of them have funded are all on the same side, against letting voters decide how to audit their city.
"Don't DOGE Our Austin" is the newest group fighting the City Hall audit on November's ballot, and it's run out of the same office as the city workers' union that helped write the rules for City Hall's own audit.
The union, AFSCME, gave $50,000 to Austinites for Equity, the main group fighting Proposition I. Last week, that PAC sent $27,000 to Don't DOGE Our Austin.
Both PACs are registered to the same office suite as the union. Both have the same treasurer, which is the union's business manager.
Imagine thinking “DOGE” is a pejorative to Austinites, in a city where contract after contract gets renewed without anyone checking what it is accomplished, and the main beneficiaries seem to be the NGOs cashing the checks.
Deserved. As are many others on the national politics list. Some others maybe not so much.
Oh really!

How many people have to die in #Austin for DA Garza to care? How many women have to be attacked? How many victims have to live in fear? The safety of your neighborhood depends on the DA bringing criminals to justice. If they won’t do their job, #Texas will. #txlege
.@EllenTroxclair absolutely cooks @JosePGarza's office. Garza was too chicken to show up himself so he sent one of his lackeys. #txlege
Why are we living this way?
AUSTIN MAN who punched a woman in the head and injured her on Barton Hills was back in the neighborhood this weekend, harassing and terrorizing another woman
Christopher Lewis was pounding on another woman's car and denting it at 5:30 a.m. with her garage open and her kids asleep inside. She drove around the block before he attacked it again. She leaned on the horn until her husband woke up and shut him out of the garage.
Misdemeanor criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.
A couple of years ago, he punched a woman to the ground in the same neighborhood and stood over her. She told police she didn't know if he was going to rape her or kill her. She got a concussion and took her a year to recover.
The day he was arrested for it, police also caught him with meth. DA Jose Garza's office rejected the felony case. The assault dragged on 18 months before he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor. Court records show his sentence was marked satisfied the next day.
In 2015 he skipped court on a drug case and the state eventually gave up collecting the forfeited bond. A 2016 theft case was declined. A 2021 trespass case was dismissed.

This is all Democrats care about. They have nothing to offer American citizens, so they will import illegal votes. It’s that simple.
And they will continue to lie, cheat, and steal to keep it this way until America is gone.

Holy shit…she actually posted this 🤣 they’re just idiots 🤣
In Texas, the governor does not set local property tax rates. Those are set by school districts, counties, cities, and other local taxing entities. Abbott’s 2025 actions went the other way: he signed bills that increased the school homestead exemption from $100,000 to $140,000 (and to $200,000 for seniors and disabled homeowners), plus further school-rate compression paid for with state money. Voters approved the related constitutional amendments in November 2025. Those changes lower the taxable value of homesteads and reduce the school portion of most bills.

Right on. Texans need to know this ⬇️ Gina’s trying to moderate herself but she was ranked the #1 PROGRESSIVE in the Texas Legislature in 2019… she brags about how progressive she is!!
Replying to @GinaHinojosaTX
The Texas governor does not set local property-tax rates—cities, counties, and school districts do—and Abbott signed 2025 bills raising the homestead exemption to $140,000 ($200,000 for seniors) and compressing school rates with state money. HISD’s appointed board did raise its 2025 rate by nearly 3 cents using disaster pennies after Hurricane Beryl, then cut the rate for 2026-27, with the district estimating the median HISD bill falling from $2,608 to $2,530.
As an Austin ISD trustee you voted for tax-rate increases that raised average homeowner bills by hundreds of dollars a year, and your campaign later donated to a 2024 Austin tax-hike measure. In the Legislature you repeatedly voted against bills that limited how much local governments could raise property taxes without voter approval.

After my reporting on Ericka Lomick, who later suspended her campaign for Texas House District 93, I started digging into another candidate currently asking Texans to send her to Austin.
Meet Brittany Black.
Black is the Democratic nominee for Texas House District 61 in Collin County. She is running against Republican incumbent State Rep. Keresa Richardson and Green Party candidate Anissa Chilmeran in the November 3 general election.
Black describes herself as a senior software engineer and business owner whose work has supported the Department of Defense, NASA and the State Department. She campaigns on what she calls “accountability, affordability and action.”
But campaign websites are designed to tell voters the best version of a candidate’s story. Police reports, court records and arrest records sometimes tell a much more… different one.
Her records go back at least to 2005, when court paperwork later recovered by police showed that Black had been placed on conditional discharge for driving while her license was suspended.
Then came April 16, 2006.
According to a Johnson County Sheriff’s report, a deputy clocked Black traveling approximately 86 mph in a 65-mph zone on I-57. When law enforcement attempted to stop her, police say Black did not pull over. Instead, she continued onto I-24 and accelerated.
The pursuit reportedly reached approximately 120 MPH.
Police said Black passed vehicles while fleeing before ultimately losing control of the vehicle and crashing into a ditch. She was cited for aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving while her license was suspended and speeding 120 mph in a 65-mph zone.
According to the deputy’s report, officers discovered a small straw containing white residue inside Black’s wallet. The deputy wrote that when he questioned her about illegal drugs, Black referenced the straw and reportedly stated that she had not used “coke” for approximately nine months.
The straw was submitted for forensic testing. Illinois State Police laboratory testing identified the residue as cocaine.
Black ultimately pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance.
lack entered Illinois’ first-offender probation program, meaning the court withheld a final judgment while she completed probation. After successfully completing that program, the cocaine case did NOT result in a final felony conviction. The aggravated-fleeing charge was also dismissed. (Weird IMO)
But this part is STILL true, regardless of how much she pushes back… Black pleaded guilty to felony cocaine possession after a police pursuit that officers said reached approximately 120 mph.
And according to the police report, Black told the deputy she fled because she did not have a valid driver’s license and knew it was suspended. Police then found paperwork inside her vehicle documenting the earlier suspended-license matter.
Less than TWO MONTHS later, Black was dealing with law enforcement again.
Court records allege that on June 7, 2006, Black slapped her then-boyfriend in the face. She was charged with domestic battery. A second count alleged that Black slapped another woman, identified in reporting as her boyfriend’s mother, in the face as well.
Those charges were ultimately dismissed after prosecutors were unable to subpoena the alleged victims and witnesses.
Then came 2008.
On June 11, 2008, Black was booked for disorderly conduct in Champaign County. Police records cited in subsequent reporting describe the incident as a drunken fight in the street.
Roughly six weeks later, Black was arrested again, this time for criminal damage to property.

Lots of information on the ICE related shooting in Austin:
🚨JUST IN🚨
DHS is fact-checking the claims made on the ICE involved shooting in Austin with illegal alien Wilber Rafael Garces Perez.
HERE'S WHAT DHS IS SAYING:
CLAIM: ICE refused to remove the bullet from the illegal alien’s body.
FACT: This is false. ICE does not and would not advise, nor be the authority on, a medical procedure for an illegal alien at a hospital.
CLAIM: The illegal alien had a valid work permit.
FACT: This is false. The illegal alien’s work permit expired in 2025. Furthermore, a work permit does NOT grant legal status.
CLAIM: The illegal alien was ordered removed in absentia.
FACT: Yes. This is why aliens must show up to their removal proceedings. Legal obligations do not end because someone’s address changed.
CLAIM: This illegal alien is here legally.
FACT: This is false. This person is in the U.S. illegally. He entered illegally under the Biden Administration. The illegal alien had no valid work permit, had no protective status, and had a final order of removal from a Department of Justice (DOJ) Immigration Judge.
CLAIM: This illegal alien has received no pain medication.
FACT: This is false. This illegal alien is receiving medical care around the clock, including pain medication.
CLAIM: The illegal alien has been forced to sleep on the floor.
FACT: This is false. This alien was released from the hospital and arrived at the detention facility just a few hours later, where he slept on a bed. Aliens in ICE custody receive a higher standard of living than most prisons that hold U.S. citizens.
CLAIM: This illegal alien was indiscriminately targeted by ICE.
FACT: This is false. This illegal alien was the subject of a targeted vehicle stop. What makes someone a target for immigration enforcement is whether or not they are illegally in the U.S.
Resisting officers and evading arrest is dangerous for our officers, illegal aliens, and the public. We remind the public that resisting officers and evading arrest is a felony and a federal crime. Sanctuary politicians need to stop encouraging this dangerous behavior that puts our officers and the public at risk.
This dangerous attempt to evade arrest comes after sanctuary politicians held webinars and provided resources and tips for how to openly defy ICE:
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez hosted a webinar providing tips for illegal aliens to evade arrests at homes, workplaces, or in public.
Dan Goldman posted a video online calling on illegal aliens to make a plan for ICE encounters.
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass issued multilingual flyers and online resources advising illegal aliens on how to evade arrest.
California Governor Gavin Newsom released guides and sanctuary laws advising illegal aliens how to recognize ICE, block entry, and defy arrest.
CLAIM: That ICE needs to get out of Austin.
FACT: This is false. ICE will not be slowing down nor leaving Austin. DHS is tasked with enforcing the laws passed by Congress. We do not pick and choose which laws to enforce or where to enforce them. We will continue to enforce our nation’s laws.
I didn’t know the truth behind this accusation and the fact Talarico is egregiously lying before reading this:
Thank you for fighting for every day New Yorkers! Keep going, your posts are spot on and people will learn they have an outstanding and viable alternative to Lyin’ Letitia.
Cybercriminals are targeting hardworking New Yorkers and stealing their money, identities, and sense of security.
As a federal prosecutor, I went after overseas cybercriminals who victimized Americans and we recovered millions in stolen funds. I even teach cybercrime law at Columbia.
As Attorney General, I will go after this cross-border crime and stop the criminals who are preying on our seniors and our communities.
Thank you for remembering him to all who read this Senator.
One year ago today, Charlie Kirk was tragically assassinated for exercising his First Amendment right to speak and engage in open debate.
Charlie was a devoted husband, father, Christian, and patriot who dedicated his life to encouraging young Americans to participate in our democracy.
Sandy and I continue to pray for Erika and their children. May we honor his legacy by standing up for faith, family, freedom, and the right to debate our differences peacefully.
Do not lose heart! The serious, sane world is with you @salltweets!
