A very important thing I've learned:
If you have PERSONAL PRIVATE ISSUES with someone. Keep it PRIVATE.
Unless it's illegal or is worth outing for public safety. Keep your issues with the other person or group to yourself or those that are confidants/NEED to know.
Obviously you should feel free to share your experiences, as they are yours to share if you want, but if you do share it as an opportunity for others to learn from: DON'T ADD NAMES & DON'T LEAVE HINTS OR CLUES TO FOLLOW TO FIND OUT WHO IT IS. That's drama farming.
Try to share the experience from a more neutral POV if you can. If you are unable to do that, KEEP IT FULLY PRIVATE.
Also if you do make something public, be ready for everyone else's 2 cents to be added whether you want it or not. You can't be upset about people picking a side when it ends up not being yours. You make something public, it's now PUBLIC.
