Get your own hardware, build what you want. This is just the beginning
π― this.
New businesses have a tremendous software advantage.
Vibe coding CRM is totally doable. Anyone who told you you need Salesforce or other complicated CRM to run your business is wrong at this point.
The more fair point is, if your company is legacy and has been running on Salesforce, you will continue to do so. That's more true.
If your company is new from day 1, you would be out of your mind to adopt Salesforce rather than asking AI to program your own data/opportunity/deal data model that fits your own business. Integrations are not that hard either with API, CLI, MCP, connectors.
We just live in a new world. Let's face it.
This will become agent to agent communication quickly
My muse called Volvo for me to see when the next available appointment is.
You can listen to the phone call here.
I have it do multiple calls like this every day (I'm still trying to get better and better at leveraging muse).
My muse called, waited on the line for 15 minutes, and then got the information I needed.
- Saved me a ton of time
- Muse was able to talk to the other person, with no confusion or interruptions on Volvo's side, and got the info we needed
(This is the real transcript from the call but the audio has been recreated for this video)

Or the more likely scenario:
This is a high worth individual and likely is going to spend a lot of money at your restaurant, give them the res.
Instinct CEO Noah Shinn says agents will let restaurants give tables to birthdays and anniversaries over whoever clicks first
"And traditionally, because of the way that the internet has worked, at least for reservations, it's been first come first serve. So anyone that comes in, no matter how important or how not important it might be, whoever gets in first gets the reservation."
"But what if you had the ability for the agent to be able to communicate on both sides, communicate, hey, this is important. This is actually the person's spouse's birthday, the 30th birthday, a very special event is coming up."
"And the restaurant too can say, let's actually prioritize birthdays or major decade birthdays or major anniversaries or these certain people, I don't know, whatever it might be, right?"
"So now with the ability, with all of the logistical burden of having to describe exactly what your case is and what's happening and why it's important. Now we have the ability to perfectly match what does the restaurant want? What does the user want?"
"And that will result in more special events for the users being able to actually have a spot in the restaurant."
likely the real way that AI kills us all
Was listening to @PeterDiamandis and @alexwg talk about p(doom) and creating a shirt that says p(doom)<0. I have a better idea: p(bloom)=1
She is right, it absolutely is amazing. A bit slow, but it works really really well

Would think that an easy alignment strategy would be to never kill humans.
More difficult is aligning the millions of other scenarios where we cannot keep up with their capabilities
Replying to @hilbertspaess
The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible - but I hear the same people express fear privately. No other human activity poses this level of danger.
Whole timeline is argonauts.
