This morning I listened to Prince FM Ibadan. I heard a jingle that made me shed tears.
It was sponsored by those SACKED UNJUSTLY by the APC Ajimobi administration.
They gave kudos to Seyi Makinde for bringing THOUSANDS of them back into the civil service. And they were still begging GSM to please help bring back the remaining
Just imagine that
This simply tells you how many people Ajimobi and APC sacked. Thousands Breadwinners, Fathers, mothers, son and daughters They threw them into the street, into hunger, into depression. Just like that
Some died, Some lost their homes, Some families scattered, Just because APC was in power and they had power to do evil.
They call it "restructuring" or "reform" but it was WICKEDNESS against humanity.
And then Seyi Makinde came, He said "You were unjustly sacked, come back and serve your state."
That is the difference between a HUMAN BEING and a political party called APC.
APC came to SACK, to inflict pain, to punish workers.
GSM came to RECALL, to restore, to heal, to rebuild families
And APC still has mouth to campaign in Oyo State? A party that committed crime against Oyo workers? A party that destroyed thousands of households?
Oyo people have not forgotten
We remember the tears
We remember the sack letters
We remember the protest of those workers

Governor Seyi Makinde marks the 6th anniversary of the #EndSARS protest. He called for a minute of silence to honour the dead at the ongoing South-South town hall meeting for his presidential campaign in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

On this day 2020 (ENDSARS PROTEST)
Governor Makinde was the only Governor in Nigeria identified with the Endsars protesters.
He was moving round to support and add his voice to the ENDSARS MOTION.
This was one major shift in his political profile, he became the man of the people from 2020 and till date, THE PEOPLE OF OYO STATE (Like he usually address his people) love him till.

The Oyo State Government invested N3.2B in this project (after the FG abandoned it) and built a 76.67 km road to facilitate access to smallholder farmers who will supply sugarcane.

My business assets are built on strong foundations, and their valuation naturally responds to changing economic conditions. When questions arise about their worth, the focus should remain on the principles behind their creation and growth.
In 2019, I publicly declared assets valued at ₦48 billion, demonstrating the importance of openness and accountability in public life.

Four years. One term.
H. E. Seyi Makinde says that is enough time to deliver the institutional Reset he is proposing for Nigeria — and he says he will not ask Nigerians for another term.
Is four years enough to Reset Nigeria?

SECURITY IS A SYSTEM, NOT JUST A RESPONSE 🇳🇬
True security goes beyond police, soldiers, weapons and checkpoints. It requires intelligence, prevention, technology, strong institutions, infrastructure, justice, accountability, community participation and sustainable funding.
We have seen elements of this approach in Oyo State, where Governor Seyi Makinde has strengthened security funding through the State’s annual budgets.
If we want to RESET NIGERIA, we must move from crisis response to prevention, from fragmented efforts to coordination, and from promises to a security system that protects everyone.
Let’s build a safer Nigeria. Together, we can. 🇳🇬
Join us to Reset Nigeria.
