Practicing Jetpack rocketry is always fun. But those things are a hassle to re-attachโ€ฆ

Back when he had to do such things, they also used the real thing. Itโ€™s why he always remembers to look away when it goes bang.
It's safer now than when she learned to do it. They at least get to use paint grenades instead of the real thing.

Best way to train young ones. Mischief!
"Today young ones, you will learn the technique of leaving an armed grenade in your enemies pockets. For this lesson you will be using paint grenades instead of actual explosives. Your targets are the local Stormtrooper garrison. Leave the grenades attached to their belts +

โ€œLittle you is still one of the toughest women I know.โ€ The Mandalorian looked her up and down as if examining her real close. โ€œIโ€™d say top ten. Top five if we exclude those who trained me.โ€
"Well it was certainly a mess, I can tell you that much." She crosses her arms and dons a smug look as she smirks up. "And yes. They are tough. But! For what it's worth, they were terrifying up close. Little me is small and scrawny even to them..."

โ€œFloor paneling? I hope that they bolted that back in place after you lot were done with it.โ€ He chuckled a little at the thought of wielding a big flat chunk of metal to battle clone troopers, but besides his amusement, he was admittedly impressed. โ€œStillโ€ฆ Commandos. Tough.โ€
"Y'see, it wasn't my ship. I was in the middle of a handover, when the alarm went off. Clone Commandos! Running for the hyperdrive. Back then Talynn was the only Togorian Mando on my crew. So she, Zindra and our other Mando A'den went to deal with it. Nixxy and me stayed on -

โ€œThat story youโ€™ve shared, yes. But never the details. Go on, howโ€™d you slay him? I doubt you did it with your bare hands, so elaborate.โ€ Now the Togorian was cocking a brow under the helmet. He was intrigued to see where thisโ€™d go.
"Firstly, I am talking Clone Commandos. Secondly, I only ever had to fight half a squad. Thirdly what sets him apart, is that I was priority Target number two on his list and the first one he killed within seconds of our engagement- It was also my first ever fleetcommand!"

Heโ€™d shake his head slightly, the T-visor staring at her blankly. โ€œYou have not. I figured youโ€™ve killed a lot of commandos, what sets this one apart?โ€
"Ah well... I guess you are right. Speaking off, did I ever tell you how I killed a Republic Commando who tried to take a ship from me?" She is not even bluffing here... well kind of, she did not actually get the kill- but Nixxy counts as an extention of her will!

The Mandalorian shrugs. โ€œYouโ€™re the one with the know-how. Iโ€™m just the man who kills people you want dead. Really dead.โ€ The Mandalorian shrugged. โ€œIโ€™m just airing suggestions here. Heh.โ€
"Okay, so... first off, most battledroids are scraps by now. Second off, doing that will paint an even bigger bounty on my head. And lastly, who is gonna pay for all the maintenance?! Not only the ship, but the droids aswell? Can't realistically rob an Imperial vault every week"

โ€œSo we find one of those old droid disposal blocks the Imperials set up just after the war ended. Break in, hijack the command center droid, boom. That thought gets my blood pumpingโ€ฆโ€
"You aren't wrong. But we hav to stay within reason. Just because we managed to steal a frigate from a breaker's yard, doesn't mean we can do that with a Carrier or Battleship. And again: Those need about ten times the droids we have to run at minimum efficiency..."

โ€œAnd I am from a culture where big guns gets the engine purring. Big bounty means hiding is needed, but then hiding inside a big impenetrable movable fortress beats being zapped out of the skies by one or two shots.โ€ He crosses his arms, the audible eyebrow raise in his voice.
May I remind you, that we are calssified as terrorists against the Intergalactic Empire and have a bounty that has 7 Zeroes? Well, me, at least. Add to that the fact that we barely have enough droids to keep this ship afloat and anything bigger doesn't come with it's own brain?

โ€œBut then weโ€™d be too big to shoot. Tough shields.โ€ He taps the side of his helmet with a pair of clawed fingers like one would their temple when trying to get a point across.
Any bigger and we'll be like a beacon that screams "Shoot me!"

โ€œIn my humble opinionโ€ฆ Somethingโ€™s off โ€˜bout him.โ€ The warrior shrugged slightly as sparks jumped from his jetpackโ€™s finely tuned electrics. Small applications of the specialized tool in his hand worked to refine them even further. โ€œMight just be my dislike of-โ€œ

โ€œ-People in robes. Capes. Reminds me of the Jedi. In the traditions of my people, there are few good things that come from them and their Force.โ€ Mโ€™latar out the tool down and gingerly screwed the plated lid back over the engineโ€™s circuitry, the T-visored helmed glancing back.

โ€œI respect the good Countโ€™s ideas. But I respect the fact that those leading the CIS are loaded even more. Makes working for you lot lucrative, as I said before. And if that makes the republic desperate enough toโ€ฆ Copyโ€ฆ My cultureโ€™s ways through bribes and cloning? So be it.โ€
