This was disgraceful and dangerous.
bombshell report from the OCC out today confirming what we all suspected: between 2020 and 2025, based on a review of 100,000 complaints, America’s largest banks systematically denied banking to lawful businesses based on political and reputational considerations rather than objective financial risk, effectively appointing themselves arbiters of which industries deserved access to the financial system. digital assets was specifically named as one of the six most affected industries. TLDR: we weren't imagining it. OCP2.0 was real.

If I'm being honest, I don't know how well $CCXI is going to work. Historically as a trader more often than not I have left real money on the table, not holding through some volatility for bigger moves. Failing to fully capitalize on unique opportunities. I think Agility is a really unique opportunity. That caused me to be more stubborn and heavily sized here than I usually would, and that has made a trade that worked great out of the box into one that has been frustrating and has distracted me from other opportunities. My honest thinking is if you made it this far, I sure wouldn't be selling immediately as we get EFFECT. I won't be, win or lose. When I saw people last night selling for 20 cents below close on the EFFECT I was just thinking how much I hate being in a trade with people like that. What did you go through all that pain for if that was your plan? Retail owns the float. There will be demand. If we want it higher it will go higher, simple as that. Remind yourself the reasons you thought it was a good trade. All of those things, and more, are still true. Only the price action has sucked. I don't remember a case where a SPAC over trust with $5 warrants has crashed and burned. But that doesn't mean it goes straight up. There will be volatility. Can you handle it?

If Mamdani is under threat by these idiots, we all are.
BREAKING: Fully masked Islamists are now chasing down Zohran Mamdani, and threatening him. You have to laugh at the irony of this.

$CCXI → $AGLT 🤖🚀 The pieces are starting to line up FAST. Yesterday’s S-4/A amendment was another major step toward the business combination becoming reality. The SPAC wrapper is getting closer to disappearing, and we’re getting closer to Agility Robotics becoming $AGLT. And then you have Schaeffler. Schaeffler has said it sees the potential to deploy a significant number of @agilityrobotics Digit humanoids across its global network of 100 plants by 2030. Digit is already working in Schaeffler facilities today. That is not a concept video. That is a major industrial customer building humanoid deployment into its long-term manufacturing strategy. Now add: 🔥 Investor Day — October 6 🔥 S-4/A amendment filed 🔥 $300M+ in multi-year Digit 5 customer orders as of May 2026 🔥 65,000+ hours of real-world Digit operation 🔥 GXO, Amazon, Schaeffler & Toyota deployments 🔥 International expansion planned 🔥 The transition to $AGLT getting closer by the day This is why I’m paying attention to the sequence of events, not just today’s share price. The SPAC wrapper won’t be here forever. Once the official closing/merger date is announced, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a significant increase in attention and trading activity as investors position around the actual transition to $AGLT. But this is getting VERY real. CCXI is the wrapper. Agility Robotics is the company. $AGLT is what’s on the other side. And we’re getting closer. 🤖🚀 #AgilityRobotics #AGLT #CCXI #HumanoidRobotics #PhysicalAI #Robotics

Here’s how WSJ is framing Clarity Act failure… Paints Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong as being overly aggressive in negotiating, which impeded progress on the bill. Also the usual talking points re: Trump ethics. My take? Crypto didn’t blow its big moment. The banking industry & politicians in its pockets got their way. Let’s not overthink it.

Govt feels broken. 18 months of work between our industry, dems and republicans and Clarity falls apart on the 5 yard line. All the issues got to a hard fought compromise other than one. On Ethics both sides dug in and decided their stance was more important than the long run good of a major industry and our countries chance to lead it. Republicans were afraid of putting real limits on a President’s ability to profit from digital assets. Dems decided that this one industry is where they would fight a corruption battle. They were scared to be seen doing anything that could be perceived as being soft on the President. There had been a bi-partisan proposal that would have worked but it got hi-jacked in the politics of it all. I am very disappointed that neither side could find a way to cross that chasm. I know there is an election in 7 weeks and that dominated the actions of both sides. What is crazy is the I honestly don’t believe crypto and this bill will be a top 10 issue in this election. It was in 2024 but this year will be about the war, inflation, affordability, Ai , immigration and what party has a better answer to those questions. I do have faith that the SEC and CFTC will drive on with rules for the road and hopefully in time congress will find a way to memorialize them so people can have a longer term confidence in how digital assets will be treated in the US. Maybe Mitch McConnell coming back in a wheel chair after 90 days was s comic signs to amplify how broken Congress is. We go back to work tomorrow. And continue building.

The reason I can sniff out the nonsense from the AI doomers is because many of these groups and people tried the same playbook when they were crypto doomers a few years ago. Don’t listen to their nonsense. They just want to scare the public, so they can increase their control.

What is clear to me is that if Clarity doesn’t advance tommorrow we probably won’t get crypto regulation for a long, long time - if ever. This would be terrible for USA and force more of our industry off shore. The digital and blockchain revolution will go on. Two more years of an SEC and CFTC to set rules and allow businesses to get started. But a longer term uncertainty which isn’t good. Asking Senators on both sides to see the big picture.
