All of us at Chartwells Independent are saddened to mark the passing of Albert Roux. A culinary mentor across @compassgroupuk. Many of our excellent chefs trained underneath him and were honoured to serve in kitchens with him. Our deepest condolences are sent to the Roux family.

Sometimes trying food is scary 👻 and that’s okay! Children are more likely to accept foods if they can 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 it on their 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬, without pressure to eat it... 🤷 Why not try our three stress-busting activities to help introduce your child to new foods?
