Wait until the next generation node software makes its way to the main network, these numbers will look like petty cash 😁

I've never broken a world record before... but we DID IT! 🤯 50M+ transactions processed in 24 hours on a public blockchain. I'm so proud of the team 🤗 #blockchain #technology #worldrecord #pow

We already put several hundred GB of media data onchain. Please reach out if you'd like to push more. We have no limits, other than block sizes that miners are willing to accept. All else gets pushed onto the mempool in one go.

Midway to breaking the world record transactions on a blockchain. We just surpassed Adyen's daily transaction volume. The team barely slept.😧 Fingers crossed that things don't fall over before breaking the record! Toi toi toi! 🖖

Question @kurtwuckertjr Does Peter know that 3.5 years ago, I embedded a video of him, immutably, forever, on the BSV blockchain as a string of microtransactions. Thoughts? xitter.cf/derekm00r3/status/1151…

In 2008 I stated that bitcoin blocks will exceed the size of two DVDs. We're not quite there yet... but we will be within the next year.

This has been a joint effort between @veribit, @BicoDotMedia, @BigBlockTesters, @murphsicles & @rangelwulff. We would also love to shout out to the amazing #BSV society who stepped up & donated to the cause, especially @VeryRareVenture for their ingenuity and support. We did it!

This upload is split between various blocks, from #727559 to #727577. This upload began as a 16.4GB MP4 video file. It's losslessly compressed using @veribit's Bitcoin Video File tech to just 1.03GB, a saving of over 93% in upload fees. This movie is now immutably saved on-chain.
