Congratulations to all the coaches in this year‘s Hall of Fame class! Your commitment and dedication to your kids and your community has not gone unnoticed
This man speaks the truth! Our kids have to learn to figure things out for themselves. Prepare your child for the path, don’t prepare the path for your child.
“The transfer portal hasn't taught people how to have resilience and resolve... failure is good sometimes... I don't think our kids know how to fail today" - Ed Cooley

So very happy to share this very special moment with a dear friend and former colleague @docsmatthews - @nvilleathletics @RockfordAD 🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡🖤🏐🏐🏐🏐🏐
Great idea for Athletic Directors!! Maybe put 3 or 4 rules at a time in your gameday program for fans and parents.. At the end of the season have a final exam for fans where they can win some School Swag!
Mike does great work. I would highly recommend for any team that is looking for some quality leadership development for their program that they contact him! Truly, one of the best
