If someone is unconscious and not breathing normally, call 999 and start CPR straight away.
When you call 999 for an ambulance, you should be given basic life-saving instructions over the phone, including advice about CPR.

I've launched this petition calling for wealth taxes, not disability support cuts.
Over 40,000 have already signed.
I'll present this in Parliament ahead of any vote on these cuts - as part of our campaign to get MPs to vote down these cuts.

I really do think that walking on sand should be prescribed as vestibular rehab therapy.
Unfortunately it isn't.
Fortunately, next year's @BeyondRecoveryP challenge will be in the Sahara. 👣

This is just part of what my role as an outdoor ed instructor involves... Noise.
My #braintumour diagnosis closed the door on many career choices.
Right now I am struggling massively with #fatigue. I work freelance, so no work, no pay.
This is the reality of surviving.

We need to change the narrative. Many patients are left with long term deficits that go unrecognised or are misunderstood as their disease is branded “benign”. We’d certainly see more vocational & possibly financial support if the impact was better described & awareness improved

“Benign” is sometimes used to describe brain tumours which are low grade. But the term can be misleading. Although these tumours grow more slowly than high grade tumours, they can still be serious and have a huge impact on a persons quality of life.

Just been offered a place on an expedition next year.
I could really use some advice from anyone who has been successful in gaining sponsorship.
As with everything I do, I'll be using it to raise the profile of brain tumours.
