The best system you have will always be your potato phone/laptop. You don't need the latest PC either to play games! Unless you only want to play the most modern stuff, emulating older titles is always an option. Most games up to GC/PS2 can run flawlessly on most devices now.

Cannot be said enough but I think part of the reason Persona 5 just broke containment as THE Motherfucking RPG is that it's opening hours have the most passionate and clear stance against the broken systems of our society and that really gripped people.
