OFSTED HAS WARNED OF ORGANISED CRIMINALS INFILTRATING CHILDREN'S HOMES. WHY HAS LABOUR NOT STOPPED IT? On a single day in September 2025, 669 children were living in illegal children's homes. The state had paid £353 million in a year to put them there. Nearly a third of those children went missing. Ofsted has admitted it has been told that organised criminals are financing the homes. People ask me one question more than any other. Is it over. It is not over. Anyone who tells you the rape gangs are history is lying to you. THE CHILDREN'S HOMES BECAME CHILD BROTHELS In Oldham the children's homes became child brothels. That is what they were. Girls in the care of the state were collected from the front door by men the staff had seen before. The staff wrote "missing" in the log and waited for the taxi to bring them back. Those who tried to do more were punished. The same pattern ran through Rochdale and Rotherham, and the same thing is happening in other towns and cities. Except it is now worse. Private companies run more than 8 out of 10 children's homes in England. They open them wherever houses are cheap, which is why they open them in towns like mine. A girl from a London borough can be dropped in a terraced house in Oldham where nobody knows her and nobody is looking out for her. The only people who take an interest are the men in the car at the end of the street, and they take a great deal of interest. NOBODY KNOWS WHO OWNS THE HOMES Ask who owns that house and you will NOT get an answer. Ofsted checks the manager and one person the company nominates as "responsible". That is the end of the checking. Nobody checks the shareholders, who owns the building or who lent the money. The ownership can run through a chain of shell companies and even end offshore. The prospect of a chain of UK care homes being owned by men in Mirpur is not as far fetched as it first sounds. Underneath this is a second trade in homes that are not registered at all. Running one is a criminal offence. It makes no difference. Councils put children in them anyway. 669 CHILDREN IN ILLEGAL HOMES. £353 MILLION TO PUT THEM THERE. In January 2026 the Children's Commissioner revealed that on a single day in September 2025, 669 children were living in these illegal homes. Councils had spent an estimated £353 million in a year putting children in them, at an average of £10,500 a week for each child. Some were living in caravans, holiday lets and Airbnbs. Nearly a third of those 669 children went missing. The state did not know who was running the house. It did not know who was collecting the child from it. Nobody can say how many illegal homes there are, because councils are not required to report every placement to Ofsted. Ofsted's own figures for 2025 to 2026 identified 710 illegal children's homes. 5 of them faced criminal investigations and only 2 were prosecuted. Most were sent a warning letter. I can find no record of what happened after they received these letters. My guess is they ignored them and carried on as before. Meanwhile, the council officer who knowingly sends a child to an illegal home faces no action. My guess would also be that they receive a kickback from the illegal home. THE CRIMINALS ARE IN THE HOMES In July 2026 Ofsted publicly admitted receiving allegations that organised criminals were setting up illegal children's homes to facilitate criminal operations, with links to drug smuggling, money laundering and county lines. Translated, I take this to mean they were trafficking children. Ofsted raised allegations that criminals were financing registered children's homes. The very people the state is supposed to be protecting children from may be taking money from the state to look after those children. The government did nothing. Here is just one example. A Merseyside outfit called SafeSpace4U took at least £1.3 million from illegal placements over 2 years. It ran at least 19 unregistered homes. Its registered headquarters is in a property owned by a convicted drug dealer with organised crime links. It was under criminal investigation by Ofsted while it was still taking children from councils across the country. The company denied that the owner of the property was involved in running it. It did not deny who he was. People who would know keep telling me that privatised children's homes are owned by the gangs themselves. Nobody in government can tell me that is untrue, because nobody in government dares look. THE STATE HAS TO KNOW WHO OWNS THE HOMES The state runs a fit and proper person test on every director of every old people's home in England. It does not require so much as a DBS check on the directors of a children's home. By law every dog in this country is microchipped to a named owner. The state knows who owns the dog. It does not know who owns the house it puts children in. The law has to change, and this is what it has to say. 1. Every person behind a children's home is named to Ofsted and checked before a child is placed there. That means the owner, the directors, the shareholders, the landlord and whoever lent the money, and each of them goes through the same test the state already runs on the directors of an old people's home. If any of them fails it, or the ownership is hidden offshore, the home does not open. 2. The money is checked as well as the people. Every loan and every investment in a children's home is declared to Ofsted with the name of the person it came from. A home that cannot show where its money came from is refused. 3. Not a penny of public money goes to a home that is not registered. A council officer who pays an unregistered home, or signs a child into one, has committed the same criminal offence as the people running it. He stands in the dock next to them. 4. An illegal home is shut the day it is found. Ofsted gets the power to close it on the spot, the way environmental health closes a kitchen, and a duty to prosecute everyone running it. The warning letters end. 5. Every home writes down every car that collects a child, plate and badge, every time. The homes in Oldham knew the cars. The law makes them write the cars down. 6. No child is sent 100 miles from home unless a judge has signed it. 7. The police force where she is placed is told her name and address on the day she arrives. 8. Staff who report what is being done to her are protected by law. 9. Staff who log her missing and wait for the taxi are barred from working with children. 10. No child is placed in a home where the autorities know the rape gangs are operating. A government could put all of it on the statute book in a single session of Parliament. The Children's Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026 gave Ofsted the power to fine. It did not give Ofsted a single one of these that I have listed. WHY? THEY HAVE ALL BEEN TOLD WHAT WOULD STOP IT Prime Minister Andy Burnham, his Minister Lucy Powell, and the Labour government could do this now. Any politician who is serious about stopping the gang rape of children would be spporting it. They are not doing it because, as with the rape gangs themselves, little White girls from working class families do not matter to the Labour Party. I fear the opposition parties are not doing it because there are more votes in shouting about the rape gangs than there are in doing something specific to stop them. This is where I call out more than Labour. Labour covered it up. The Conservative Party, Reform UK and Restore Britain have made political gain from the gang rape and trafficking of children without putting forward one policy that would help stop it. Here is one policy. They all know about the care home scandal I have just shared with you. Instead of demanding specific legislative change brought in now, all of them are choosing to grandstand. And before anyone complains to me, I don't care if I've said something that criticises your political party. I'm not here to promote any one political party. I'm here to protect children from gang rape. THE NEXT PART IS THE TAXI This is the first part of a series. The home is where the girls are found. The second part is the taxi that takes them from the home to the men, licensed by the council and driven by men the council passed as fit and proper. I will go through all of this next. The full article with all the evidenced links is here. 👉 redwallandtherabble.co.uk/th… Share this with one person who thinks it is over. Raja Miah MBE _________ People ask me one question more than any other. Are children still being groomed, gang raped and sold across the United Kingdom? I take no joy in sharing with you that they are. And there are more men involved than there were before. Little White girls are still being gang raped and sold in this country. The men doing it are not only Pakistani. Other ethnic gangs have moved into our towns and cities, watched how the Pakistani gangs got away with it, and started their own rape gangs. It can be stopped. And over the course of this week I will detail a number of policies that would destroy the child rape trade in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, eight years has taught me that not one political party will do what's necessary unless we force them. Which is why it is up to us to force them. I don't care if you are Labour, Conservative, Reform or Restore. I care that you want the gang rape of children to stop. If you are with me, then you are with me for this reason more than any other. My name is Raja Miah. I led the campaign that forced the national inquiry. Now I will share with you the key policies that any political party could campaign for that will destroy the rape gangs for good. You can decide for yourself why politicians need dragging kicking and screaming to a place that protects little girls from gang rape. We can return boat migrants now. It requires a few legal changes, or declaring the National Emergency this so obviously is, then it's done. Labour don't want to.
“The reason the small boat crisis has arisen is we can’t return people and we have people knowing we can’t.” The Prime Minister has argued that the arrival of around 213,000 illegal migrants across the Channel was a consequence of Britain leaving the EU. Small boat crossings were first detected at the end of January 2018, two years before Britain left the EU. The Conservative government at the time declared the situation a “major incident” ⤵️ telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/10…

One thing that's surprised me about Andy Burnham is the extent to which he just lies. He says this morning small boats are because of Brexit and "we can't return people". The FACTS: In last 5 years of Dublin agreement the UK took in far more migrants than it sent back. 2016: net 200 2017: net 150 2018: net 1000 2019: net 500 2020: net 800 Five years = net 2,500 more migrants than sent back. Plus, now we'd have to sign up to the migration and asylum pact so the numbers will be enormous. He knows this. His advisors know this. They are just lying to you.

Why were Jonathan Powell, Peter Mandelson and Lord Hermer appointed without vetting? The answer is that Chagos was a deal Starmer couldn't refuse to make. Here's a timeline of the key stages of the Chagos treachery. In 1982, after it became known that the Chagos seabed may contain vast mineral wealth, Mauritius set up a select committee to examine the matter. However, sea-mining technology was in its infancy, and it was too expensive to be commercially viable at that time. In 2003, as underwater mining technologies advanced and the value of minerals and rare earth elements soared, mining the Chagos seabed became an exciting possibility again; Mauritius appointed the eminent international barrister Sir Ian Brownlie as advisor for the Chagos Archipelago. A former member of the Communist Party of Great Britain, Brownlie was a good friend of Sir Satcam Boolell, a former Labour deputy prime minister of Mauritius, and High Commissioner in London. In 2009, Brownlie led the first Mauritius delegation to the Foreign Office in London seeking a Chagos deal. Among the delegation was Sir Satcam Boolell's son Satyajit, who became Mauritius Director of Public Prosecutions the same year. In 2010, after Brownlie died in a motor accident in Egypt, Sir Keir Starmer’s “great mate”, Philippe Sands, a leading human-rights lawyer who has publicly boasted of humiliating the UK in international courts, took over as counsel to Mauritius for Chagos. In 2013, Satyajit Boolell invited Keir Starmer, whom he had become friendly with during Starmer's time as the UK's DPP, to a legal conference at the 5-star Balaclava resort in Mauritius. During the trip, Starmer discussed the future of the Chagos Archipelago with then Mauritius prime minister Navin Ramgoolam. After Starmer’s 2013 visit, Ramgoolam wrote that he and Starmer were aligned over Chagos. In 2015, Ramgoolam was arrested on money-laundering charges when large sums of cash in foreign currencies, suitcases full of brand-new luxury watches, and blank British visas were found in his home. Also in 2015, Starmer was elected to the British Parliament. In 2019, Philippe Sands, after a campaign of lobbying the UN, obtained an International Court of Justice ruling (advisory opinion only, and non-binding) that the Chagos islands should be given to Mauritius. Sands used the ICJ ruling as leverage in the following years in his efforts to persuade the Conservative government to give Chagos to Mauritius. In 2020, Starmer became leader of the Labour Party. In 2021, Sands received Mauritius' top honour, The Most Distinguished Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean. In 2022, Sands made an unauthorized entry into the Chagos Archipelago for a flag-raising ceremony. Sands tweets at the time, “It’s morning on Chagos, where the flag of Mauritius flies." In 2023, Sands became a Mauritius citizen, but retains his British and French citizenships. 🧧In November 2023, David Cameron replaced James Cleverly as Foreign Secretary and, with the support of other senior Tories, stopped a Chagos deal saying, it’s not in the national interest, as reported in Hansard. In July 2024, Starmer became UK Prime Minister and just ten weeks after entering Downing Street, he agreed a deal with Mauritius, despite there having been no mention of Chagos during the election campaign, and the Labour manifesto pledging to protect the BOT. in November of 2024, Ramgoolam was elected Mauritius prime minister again after a snap general election, and took over from the incumbent PM, Pravind Jugnauth, to lead the Chagos negotiations with the UK. In December 2024, after 14 years in the role, Philippe Sands steps down as Mauritius counsel for Chagos. In January 2025, Attorney General Lord Hermer recused himself from signing off on the Chagos deal, and declined to say why. In February 2025, Jugnauth was arrested on money-laundering charges after large sums of cash in foreign currencies and suitcases full of brand-new luxury watches were found in his home. In May 2025, twelve years after discussing the future of Chagos in Mauritius, Starmer and Ramgoolam sat down in London to sign the treaty that transfers the archipelago's sovereignty to Mauritius. The Fall Out. The Chagos deal does🟥NOT secure the joint UK/US military base on Diego Garcia. The deal operationally hobbles the base, and increases the dangers to the British and American military personnel, and the civilians who work there, and in the wider Central Indian Ocean region. Diego Garcia's remoteness made it easy to defend in the past. This deal leaves the base horribly vulnerable to the growing threats posed by the new longer-range missiles, and more sophisticated and lethal drones. When Keir Starmer, Lord Hermer and Vijay Rangarajan, the Director General at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, made the deal it was fully understood that the outer islands of the Chagos Archipelago were by far the best locations to deploy early warning, and air-defense systems, to protect the main base from missile and drone attacks. Yet they still decided to lease only Diego Garcia. Andy Burnham, Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband, and Defense Minister Wes Streeting, know the deal increases the dangers to the lives of British service personnel, and our NATO allies personnel, in the strategically important Central Indian Ocean region. To double down and push the deal with that knowledge is a shameful act of betrayal. While the deal leaves Diego Garcia vulnerable to attack, it also renders the base itself ineffective and operationally hobbled. Mauritius is a signatory of the Pelindaba African Weapon-Free Zone Treaty which bans all nuclear weapons from treaty members' territory. Pelindaba gives each of the more the 40 countries who have signed it the right to inspect the facilities on Diego Garcia if they suspect nuclear arms are being stored there. The UK's nuclear-armed Trident submarines will no longer be able to enter Chagos waters, or visit Diego Garcia which is the only island in the region which has suitable anchorage and facilities for maintenance and restocking provisions, etc. The US's nuclear-armed submarines, ships, and planes will also be banned from Diego Garcia and the Chagos Archipelago's waters. Mauritius gets complete sovereignty over everything, including control of the airspace above the Chagos Archipelago, which at 250,000 square miles is the same size as France. The implications of controlling such a vast area of airspace in a strategically vital region are huge. Mauritius has shown it will ban planes entering its current airspace when China asks. The Chagos Deal does not ‘secure the base’. It methodically destroys every element required for operations. The text and annexes state it will: ❌Constrain future Ops and use of the base ❌Prevent the placing of sensors and other maritime installations ❌Require us to sight our foes on defence planning ❌Mean we’re unable to use our preferred contractors ❌See us lose of control over electromagnetic spectrum.

Extremely serious allegations against the government tonight. Sir Ben Wallace, the former Defence Secretary, has accused Labour of artificially inflating the defence budget by including security services spending. This has been done, he alleges, to try and hoodwink Nato that we are on course to meet the commitment of defence spending as 3.5% of GDP by 2030. DESPITE Nato rules clearly excluding security services in it's measurement. The UK Statistics Authority is "considering" his complaint. It doesn't need much consideration. It needs investigating, and if true, those complicit must pay the political price.

He skipped school, withdrew £200, bought a one-way ticket to London, and disappeared. Nobody has seen him since. On September 14, 2007, 14-year-old Andrew Gosden left his family home in Doncaster, England, and appeared to be heading to school as usual. Andrew was a bright teenager with an excellent school attendance record. His family had no reason to suspect that anything was wrong. But that morning, he never arrived at school. Instead, he waited until his family had left home, returned to the house, changed out of his school uniform and put on a black Slipknot T-shirt, black jeans and Vans trainers. He also took his PlayStation Portable. Then he walked to the railway station. He bought a one-way ticket to London On his way to the station, Andrew withdrew £200 from his bank account, almost emptying it. He bought a one-way ticket to London King's Cross. The ticket seller reportedly offered him a return ticket for less than £1 extra, but Andrew declined. At approximately 9:36 a.m., he boarded a train to London. He travelled alone, carrying his belongings and playing on his handheld game console during the journey. The train arrived at King's Cross at around 11:20 a.m. CCTV footage captured Andrew leaving the station about five minutes later. It was the last confirmed sighting of him. He was just 14 years old, alone in London, and his family had no idea where he was. His family discovered he was missing That evening, Andrew's family expected him to return home from school. When he did not appear, they began searching for him. They discovered that he had not attended school and eventually learned that he had withdrawn money and travelled to London. His father, Kevin Gosden, and the rest of the family were desperate for answers. Andrew had not told them about the trip. He had not arranged a known place to stay, and there was no confirmed evidence that he had planned to meet anyone. Why had he travelled to London? Did he intend to return home that evening? Had he arranged to meet somebody? Nobody knew. The trail went cold Police investigated possible sightings and followed numerous leads, but none established what happened after Andrew left King's Cross station. His family continued appealing for information, and missing-person organisations helped keep his case in the public eye. Andrew had light brown hair, brown eyes and wore strong prescription glasses. He was also deaf in his left ear and had a distinctive double ridge on his right ear. Investigators later released age-progressed images showing how he might look as an adult. Years passed without a confirmed sighting. Two men were arrested In December 2021, police arrested two men on suspicion of offences including kidnapping as part of the investigation into Andrew's disappearance. The arrests renewed hopes that the case might finally be solved. However, the men were later released from the investigation. By September 2023, police had confirmed that they had been eliminated from the inquiry. The arrests produced no answers about Andrew's whereabouts. What happened to Andrew Gosden? More than 19 years have passed since Andrew disappeared. He would now be in his thirties. Investigators know that he left Doncaster, withdrew money, bought a one-way ticket to London and arrived at King's Cross. What happened after he walked out of the station remains unknown. There is no confirmed evidence establishing whether Andrew was abducted, harmed by someone he met, or deliberately disappeared. His family has spent years searching for answers, without knowing whether he is alive or what happened to him. A 14-year-old boy travelled to London alone. A camera recorded him leaving the station. Then every confirmed trace of him disappeared. Someone may know what happened that day. Even a small piece of information could help investigators understand where Andrew went. Nearly two decades later, his family is still waiting for answers.

I've been blocked by Labour MP Apsana Begum. I've called her out numerous times for what I believe is her habit of prioritising issues affecting Bangladesh over the needs of the British people she was elected to represent. Now she's blocked me. It seems she can't handle scrutiny of her political priorities from me, a British voter. This is the first time I've ever been blocked by a sitting Member of Parliament. I find it highly disrespectful that an elected MP has chosen to block me. MPs hold public office, are accountable to the British people and should expect their actions to be subjected to public scrutiny. Blocking criticism doesn't make the questions go away.
