I was meant to participate in a townhall with Zohran Mamdani this Thursday in NYC.
Zohran has just CANCELLED the townhall in solidarity with *Jimmy Kimmel.*
Zohran is a coward who didn't want to answer tough questions.
Here was my planned: question:
You have repeatedly campaigned with Hasan Piker, who has, among other things, stated that "America deserved 9/11.” In a rap, you voiced your “love” for the HolLand Five, nonprofit convicted of funneling more than $12 million to the terror group Hamas, and you are a member of the Democratic Socialist of America which celebrated murder of two Jews in D.C. Why should we trust you to keep New York safe when you so regularly espouse support for terrorism?
We all need to encourage and practice healthy discourse.
Ok so we are calling on @CurtisSliwa or @NYCMayor to drop out of the race. But now I’m thinking — hey @ZohranKMamdani you’re going to win by plurality when the majority of NYers despise you! How about you drop out! Thanks !🙏

From a low-income New York household to serving as a cop, senator, borough president, and now mayor, my story is New York’s story. It is a story of growth and grit. My opponent’s story is privilege and luxury. This city needs a leader shaped by challenges, not someone detached from them.
I called @amazon about a health related product recall and the agent could not locate my email no matter how many times I spelled it. It was frightening. When I asked to escalate to someone who could help, she told me I can disconnect and call again for a different agent.
@amazon should be ashamed to call this a solution … you literally contacted me about the health recall and act like you can’t do anything about it
Between the “socialism… AHH”, “let’s break it down” and trying to convince us he is not a jihadist, @ZohranKMamdani is going to have to find another way to connect with native New Yorkers that are on the fence, that’s just not it. Talking in such a condescending way. No thanks.
