Go to ATT store for account help. They say we must call customer care. Over an hour on the phone with multiple transfers. Why can’t the staff in the store help? Customer for 20+years Why is there customer service awful? Time wasted = no satisfaction. @ATT #ATTFail

I want to like @GetUpsideOne Impossible to do Always a hassle. Email from them saying proof of purchase not found. Emailed receipts. Receipts not accepted. This has happened several times. All comm is automated. Their emails don’t help me get answers. #GetUpside #Fail
