Some of the most prestigious private schools in the country are to charge parents more than £50,000 a year for the first time.
A handful of schools including Cheltenham Ladies College, Concord College and Harrow School have all moved above the threshold.

@DunelmUK, and suggest that most mums will not be delighted with a tablecloth for Mother’s Day. I think most mums want an end to the gender pay gap, equitable access to affordable childcare, and a BREAK. I’m not so sure they want table linen.

This is Olivia. She wears hearing aids and goes to Laycock primary in Islington, a mainstream school with a specialist unit for deaf children (many of whom have additional needs). The school needs to save money and so has targeted the specialist unit for severe cuts.
