Flip over your ballot — it's a VERY LONG question, but it's the only one and you need to vote YES.
ALT Information about the Ballot initiative with a sample ballot. Text says: VOTE YES ON BALLOT QUESTION 1 to fund affordable housing & invest in homeless Chicagoans at the END of your Ballot! Ballot points are called out: 1. Reduces transfer tax rate for anyone buying a property under $1 million 2. Real estate corporations pay their fair share when buying properties over $1million 3. Requires the new funding to go toward affordable housing
You can also REGISTER TO VOTE in person when you go to vote! 🗳️🎉

There’s nothing new about using science to try and justify racism, people simply don’t want to believe they’re recommitting the same patterns that the eugenicists of the past did.
Stay weird, Chicago. 💚
