🚨 TEXAS PARENTS - WHO IS SENDING UNSOLICITED LGBTQ+ MATERIALS ADDRESSED TO YOUR CHILDREN? A Texas parent has sent me a few photos of an unsolicited brochure titled “Texas Trans & LGBTQ+ Student Resource Guide.” The envelope wasn’t addressed to the parents. It was addressed to “Students of the [family name].” The parent says she never requested the material and is concerned that someone is attempting to reach her children without her knowledge or consent. The return address identifies an organization called Texas Transgender Student Union, located in Meadows Place, Texas. Earlier this month, the Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) publicly reported that someone had been sending unsolicited text messages “impersonating its organization.” TENT denied responsibility for those messages. (Not sure I believe them) So WHO is funding these mailings? WHERE did they obtain the household information? WHY are they addressing materials specifically to students? And HOW are they determining which households have children? Texas parents, have you received one of these brochures? If so, please preserve the entire envelope, including the postage information. 🚨 COURT UPDATE: TIFFNEY BILLIONS AND THE ONGOING LEGAL BATTLES Because I believe in transparency, I want to keep everyone updated on what’s happening with my ongoing litigation. But at this point, things are becoming comical and, quite frankly, sad. On October 14, just a few days ago, the Twelfth Court of Appeals DISMISSED Tiffney McAdoo’s (aka Tiffney Billions) appeal after she failed to pay the required $205 filing fee. Yet again, another win for me. Her explanation? The court’s emails went to her SPAM folder. Here’s the problem. This isn’t the first time she’s used that excuse. During her deposition, she claimed emails from my attorney were going to spam. Yet her own sworn declarations reveal conflicting explanations about when she received notices and why she didn’t respond. In one declaration, she acknowledged receiving a deposition notice on June 27. In another filing, she claimed it was served around July 17. And in yet another sworn statement, she explained that she hadn’t responded to an earlier email because she believed another defendant’s appeal had halted the proceedings. So which is it? Apparently, Gmail only works when she’s filing motions. Because despite supposedly missing these important communications, she managed to file ANOTHER motion to dismiss on October 1, just days before her appellate filing fee was due. The public court documents point out, “this is a pattern. Not an accident.” Let’s also remember that the trial court already denied her previous motion to dismiss as untimely, awarded attorney’s fees, and sanctioned her $1,000 for her conduct during her deposition. According to our latest filing, that sanction remains UNPAID. Today, my attorneys, CJ Grisham and Ryan Franceschina, filed our response opposing her attempt to reinstate the dismissed appeal. I believe Tiffney is intentionally dragging this litigation out, and my attorneys have raised those concerns with the court. At some point, the excuses and procedural gamesmanship need to end. Being sued is a serious matter, and the rules don’t suddenly become optional because you don’t like the consequences. And here’s what people need to understand: THIS COSTS ME MONEY. Every unnecessary motion, every appeal, every delay, and every response my attorneys have to prepare comes at a financial cost to me and my family. And this is only ONE of the legal battles I’m currently fighting. I’m also having to defend myself against what I firmly believe is a baseless and falsely obtained protective order, while continuing to pursue accountability through my defamation lawsuits. I believe certain race-baiting activists and their allies are attempting to weaponize the legal system to intimidate, silence, and financially exhaust me because they don’t like my reporting. And while they may think they can bury me in legal expenses until I finally surrender, they have severely underestimated my determination. I’m not going to stop reporting. I’m not going to surrender my constitutional rights. And I’m certainly not going to allow people to use the court system to bully me into silence without defending myself. But I also won’t pretend these battles are financially easy. For those who have asked how they can help, any donations toward my ongoing legal expenses are deeply appreciated.
