Imagine having a 700 hundred million underspend in housing and at the same time refusing to release 15k for accommodation to Donegal families so they can avoid freezing to death in condemned, defective concrete riddled, homes. It's incredibly, incredibly cruel.

Just one of the dozens of messages I've received. This family can't find thousands to access the Defective Concrete Blocks Scheme. "It's unbelievable the stress on me my wife an children we trying to keep positive that's all we can do, We ar at breaking point"

Two bus loads of school children ready for Dublin tomorrow. Majority represent schools in Inishowen, with others from Letterkenny, Lifford, Ramelton, and Raphoe. Massive effort here on the part of parents and schools

There aren’t really any words to express our gratitude to this lady for what’s she’s doing for us. A power house that never stops and she puts smiles on our faces while she’s at it 💞💞#micaredress #100percentredress #micasupporthero

2 days to go before we all see the position paper including you @DarraghOBrienTD it won’t take you long to skim through as you already know the score so don’t leave us waiting 13 days please! It would be cruel - don’t be that person. #micaredress #100percentredress
With only days left before the Poistion Paper from the Defective Block Working Group is published @GregHughes2 will talk to families caught up in the mica scandal each morning. Tune in to @highlandradio around 1.45 today to hear their side of the story. #MicaRedress

This is the very last time we beg. The very last time we explain what we need. The very last chance for government to do what is right. If they don’t meet our needs with the next announcement - the gloves are off. @micaactiongroup @PaddyDiver4 #micaredress @DarraghOBrienTD

Folks, support journalism by buying newspapers, because that's what keeps them going. Sharing screenshots is no good
We've great journalists like @marktigheST @rodneyedwards @Mickcliff and Inishowen's @kathydjourno fighting our corner so we need to support them too

There will be more tears shed over this bandstand than family homes crumbling with mica
Houses fenced off is a reality that faces me and every other homeowner affected
It's up to us to change that though. There are good people in Dublin just waiting to be informed #micaredress
The Office of Public Works said it has decided to close the "historic" bandstand in Dublin city's St Stephen's Green to protect it from "any further damage". rte.ie/news/dublin/2021/0602…
