1/6 To my students: The problem with the SAE levels (0-5) is that these are simply engineering targets, not products to buy. Whenever engineers define a system, you have to target a perfect level. A perfect score. A goal to aim for.

Innovation accelerators like @CITM_Canada help commercialize technology solutions AND support organizations like #UrbanRoboticsFoundation as we develop global standards for #sidewalk #robots. Thank you!
Our ecosystem is extensive and growing with innovators not only advancing #smartmobility solutions but also defining and creating guidelines and standards for their deployment worldwide. #CITMinnovator #UrbanRoboticsFoundation is one example:

I wonder if @kristynwongtam would have lent a hand? I hope so. Maybe the meal inside the robot was destined for a senior, or a person using a wheelchair. So I’m sure she would’ve helped out. @tartavull
Only 1 lobbyist? Really? Isn’t that beneath the threshold of caution that Toronto Council normally takes? Luckily for council this is a tiny business that may be unable to afford legal help. Easily crushed. But next year when an Uber or Amazon arrives, then what? @kristynwongtam

Committee's concerns are already addressed by safety standards (e.g., urbanroboticsfoundation.org), yet zero input from #robotics community sought. Decision based entirely on one lobbyist's opinion. What's going on? @DavidZuraCityTV @BradMBradford @JohnTory @TransitLeap @tiny_mile

You won’t see @gmbutts retweet this. It doesn’t fit his agenda and he doesn’t want Canadians to know the truth, only what benefits him but makes it sound like it benefits you too.
Although lauded to be the solution to global warming, electric cars will have a minimal impact on global CO2 emissions and will cost us a fortune.

Instead of trying to justify more sprawl-enabling highways by stating the obvious - that transit, cycling and walking kinda suck in the areas north and west of the GTA - a real leader might ask why that's the case, and how we can find ways to stop digging the pit deeper.
No one's listening, @BrentToderian. Look wtf we are planning here in Ontario.
To justify this, the premier of Ontario explained to "hop on your bicycle or get behind a horse and buggy and start driving, doesn’t cut it,”
why do we elect people like this?

Jeezus, my gmail spam is now climbing to about 50+ per day. It's so bad even Google can't count correctly. These 5 came in over about 45 minutes. But google only counted 4.
Is there no way to stop this crap?

This doesn't sound right to me.
