#Efforce through #DlaPiper served me with a Cease and Desist order for what they say is defamatory behaviour intended to harm Efforce which I absolutely refute as I care deeply about the future of Efforce and #wozx token holders and have not posted anything which I believe could be construed as defamatory. #Grok confirms my activity does not contain any #defamation and that my actions support Efforce, which is absolutely the case. Furthermore, the MD and @jacopovisetti are fully aware that I have been and remain absolutely committed to the project since 2021 as the first council member between Efforce and token holders, an OG for 2 years supporting the management and community, modding the main telegram channel and supporting with ideas, concepts, proposals and other advice - all without payment. In addition, I was the biggest purchaser of NFT’s and one of the bigger token holders. The management are also aware that I explored many avenues to discuss internally my concerns prior to setting up the EAG and it was only the lack of progress via these channels that then lead to me setting up the EAG as a way to raise the profile of token holder concerns as myself and other key token holders felt that questions within the community were not being answered and the future path was far from certain. Immediately after setting up the EAG, Efforce made contact and invited me to travel to Milan to discuss concerns and review the development of the project with the major shareholders - only for the team to ask for my passport to book flights, but then ignore all future correspondence for next 3 weeks until cancelling the meet 4 days prior to it taking place. I suspect the passport was potentially passed to #DLAPiper as the notice provided contained information that would only be on governmental ID, though this has been refuted. Despite this, I do respect the significance of a cease and desist so through an abundance of caution and because I genuinely do not wish to harm the project, I have closed the EAG Telegram group and unpublished the EAG website - not because I believe there was any defamatory information, but because it makes sense to post on X given @elonmusk has pledged to fully support and pay legal fees for those who are unfairly targeted or face legal action for exercising their right to free speech on the platform - which I am believe is the case here. I am aware that Information I post may be embarrassing to Efforce because frankly the token being down 740x since it’s ATH as it stands is embarrassing for everyone involved. There are also numerous aspects which absolutely do need to be questioned in order that we can get to the bottom of the reasons why the project suffered so badly, such as the reason why media in China reported #GDAC (#Seele) who I presume to be one of the private institutions (or related to) that #Efforce selected for their private sale, to be involved in a scam involving the #WOZX token to defraud token holders that came in after them. My actions never have been and never will be defamatory, based on disinformation, or intended to harm the #Efforce in any way. Instead I hope(d) that the action would increase accountability for Efforce to make meaningful changes that put token holders interests first rather than the pattern over recent years where very little information is shared with token holders, timelines are rarely provided and token holders are not given information required to make informed decisions about the project. #Efforce I urge you to retract the Cease and Desist notice and do the right thing by myself and other token holders by engaging so we can take the project forward. @stevewoz I urge you to step up and take responsibility for ensuring this project proceeds in a direction that supports token holders who have thus far suffered so much, not just because of the losses, but also because of how difficult it has been to gain information about what the future holds.
