This looks really amazing, a really sensible agenda adn focus points, and I would love to be there and tell those stories.
There's much to critique about #Eurovision at the moment, but that is exactly how such a day should look.
This was the schedule for yesterday's #Eurovision Workshop.

Been asked by a few people how I found the EBU Brand Report on #eurovision
At the bottom of this link is a tab where it can be downloaded
ebu.ch/research/loginonly/re…
The ad value of #eurovision as highlighted by its own Brand Impact Report has dropped to 73% of its 2024 level in the past two years.
This from the #eurovision Brand Impact Report is ridiculous.
Shows countries with more viewers in 2023 have higher interpersonal trust.
Social trust stats favour Nordics, which dominate viewing % anyway (especially so in 2023)
Embarrassing of EBU report to suggest correlation
It’ll be fine
And if not, beach
Replying to @esc_gabe
- free shuttle buses will run between hotels and the city (frequency/hours of operation unclear)
- Eurovillage will be walking distance from the arena
- hotel rooms are being held by the municipality and are yet to be released, so more accommodation options are coming
I need to write a top 10 article of feel good stories from #eurovision history.
The benefit of KAJ winning #melfest and what that did for local pride in #Vörå has to be one of them
Considering we lost broadcasters, more watched online, the songs weren’t stellar (especially from the bigger population nations), this isn’t so crazy.
We knew it would be a rough year.
Viewing share drop of 5% the most key stat. Of that 5% only a part will be boycott based.
Bulgaria won #eurovision 2026
It is, arguably, the biggest shock winner of all time at the Song Contest.
Here's my article showing how 'Bangaranga' turned from mid-table wannabe to a winner by a record ever margin within the space of four days in Vienna

181 votes • Final resultsOff the cuff theory here. Tonight we are going to see #eurovision juries more in agreement with each other than they ever have been before, as we go up from 5 to 7 jurors.
Should mean a few of the weaker entries stay on 0 or just a handful of points.
The glasses on the LED backdrop of FELICIA's #eurovision performance are different than the ones worn on stage.
Embarassing from the Swedish delegation, we would never have such poor attention to detail in the past
The Finnish delegation would never have missed that
The crowd were really enjoying the performance of the United Kingdom #eurovision entry
I've been basing my theory that Australia's jury score will be less than expected, and Bulgaria's higher, based on this study.
But maybe Australia just takes every jury point tonight anyway....and my reputation will be down the drain 😛

2 - Juries have two extra younger jurors on them from this year, under the age of 25. What we do spot is that younger jurors in this age range are more likely to vote for performances best described as "fresh" rather than classic formulas.

Comfortably the best I've seen Leléka pull off that long note at #eurovision
Can't help but see that long note as a musical metaphor for Ukraine's wider struggle, slowly but surely growing in power and strength and eventually returning, taller than ever before.
Слава Україні!
Loving that Søren had a cheeky half smile during that final minute on the #eurovision stage there. The realisation of a dream come true and being absolute in command of that huge ending.
You can be proud of that for the rest of your life Søren.
