$31.5 million average is about the going rate of a high level, non All-Star starter.
If he continues to grow, this is going to be a good contract considering he’s locked up for 5 years.
If he gets overshadowed, it could become a bit of an albatross.
Just in: Utah Jazz guard Keyonte George has agreed on a five-year, $157.5 million rookie-scale contract extension with the franchise, sources tell me and @BannedMacMahon.
Reminder, Mo Bamba will stay with the Jazz as long as he remains under an NBA contract.
If his partially guaranteed deal gets waived, then the Heat would own his G League rights.
