Once upon a time, a group of people in America got sick and tired of being sick and tired. They were taxed without a say. Their rights were ignored. Their homes were searched without cause. Their money was taken to fund a king an ocean away who treated them like subjects instead of free men.
They tried petitioning. They tried negotiating. They tried patience. Nothing changed. So they stopped asking and started acting. They armed themselves. They organized. They declared that their rights came from God, not from any king or government. And when the king sent soldiers to put them back in line, they met him on the field and refused to yield.
The fight was long. The cost was high. But they won. They wrote a Constitution to lock those freedoms in place so no future generation would have to start from zero. Then they handed the country over with a warning, this only works if free men stay willing to defend it.
These people were called our Founding Fathers.

As a white guy, nothing has disappointed me more than generations of pathetic, submissive, feminine, white guys enabling the death of the civilization their ancestors built.
Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.
Her:
"When's the sun coming out again? It's been gloomy for days." Grabs phone.
Me:
"April." Waits for it.
Her: 10 seconds later; "Did you say April? You're such a goof."
😆
It's hard to watch the NFL anymore. It's like being a wrestling fan in the day. You watch even though you know the outcome is already decided and the action is mostly fake.

we should have a national quiet day, where everyone just shuts the fuck up for 24 hours
A love song for Jesus
I sat down to write a love song for my Jesus
It might not mean much to a worldly man
That's because this song is for Jesus
As these things the world just can't understand
No one comforts me better when I am lonely
Or gently corrects my steps when led astray
In my life there is no better feeling
Than casting burdens at your feet each day
Now this song I'm writing is for Jesus
It may not mean much to you
He could have left me where I had fallen
That same mercy is waiting for you too
Our hearts burn inside us; waiting for you, Savior
We pass the time praying softly in our rooms
To think; 1,000 years with you approaches
The end of which will seal evils doom
With all I am I love you, Jesus
As best I can in spirit and in truth
I'll do my best to love your other children
Just like your word says to do
If you wonder why a man would show this openness
Pen a tune to a deity
The author once was drowned in brokenness
Then the Father showed mercy and set me free

I asked 50 Japanese people, ages 9 to 91, one question.
"What do you admire most about Americans?"
Here are the top answers.
10. "They clap when the plane lands." (Office worker, 34)
9. "They say 'I love you' every time they hang up the phone. Even men. Even to other men." (Taxi driver, 61)
8. "A stranger told me she liked my shoes. Then she just walked away. She didn't want anything." (High school girl, 16)
7. "They thank the bus driver when they get off." (Bus driver, 55. He got emotional saying this.)
6. "They tell you their whole life story in the grocery line. I know about one man's divorce, his boat, and his knee surgery. We knew each other for four minutes." (My mother, 64)
5. "They stand for the anthem at a children's baseball game." (Little League coach, 47)
4. "When they lose, they shake hands and say 'good game.' And they mean it." (Sota, 12)
3. "They fly the flag on a regular Tuesday. No holiday. Just because." (Nurse, 28)
2. "They help a stranger push a car out of the snow, then leave without saying their name." (My cousin's husband, 52, who got stuck in Colorado once)
And the number one answer came from the oldest person I asked. My grandfather. He's 91.
He thought about it for a long time.
Then he said:
"They still believe tomorrow will be better than today."
I asked him what he meant.
"In 1946, we had nothing," he said. "The American soldiers I met were young and far from home. But they acted like the future was coming, and it was going to be good. After a while, we started to believe them."
I asked him if he thought Americans still believe that.
He nodded slowly.
"Tell them," he said, "not to stop."

Saturday's thought of the day...
Remember when you go to the polls to vote you have 2 choices:
Freedom or communism
Choose wisely y'all.
Them:
"OH, so you're like...maga?"
(Because I made a comment about the retards who call abortion healthcare as if their child is a disease)
Me:
"I want American greatness, sure."
Them:
"I can't understand why anyone would support him after all he's done."
Me:
"I understand completely that the intellectually deficient don't understand that I love the man exactly for what he's done. I know...the media hasn't revealed their ruse, oddly enough."
Them:
-Staring blankly-

Michigan despises Canadian trash trucks dumping in our State. Democrats should have stopped this years ago. It took @MikeRogersForMI to actually get it done. And he's not even in office yet. President Trump just added a 50% tariff on Canadian trash trucks coming across the border.
I have a simple philosophy when it comes to the close-talker type who likes to f with ppl: If you're close enough to get an elbow, then you deserve it.

In 2018, millions in out-of-state money flooded Michigan's airwaves to pass Prop 3.
The promise: easier, more convenient voting.
Here's what it actually changed. Ask yourself if you were told this:
🔹 Voter registration now happens automatically at the Secretary of State's office, unless you opt out.
🔹 Proof of citizenship is NOT required to cast a ballot. A driver's license and a signature will do.
🔹 A driver’s license is NOT required to vote; you can sign an affidavit in place of a state issued ID (no way to verify you are who you say you are)
🔹 Clerks are expected to take voter registrations at face value and cannot question an individual without being threatened by lawsuits.
And these are just SOME of the loopholes that have been created under Democrat leadership. Now the part nobody wants to talk about:
In just the last four years, Michigan clerks have canceled or rejected 403 registrations over citizenship concerns. The Attorney General has charged noncitizens with voting in our elections.
Those are the ones we CAUGHT.
So here's the question every Michigan voter should be asking:
If the system is catching only some, how many is it missing?
Does Michigan check its voter rolls against federal citizenship databases the way it should? (Hint: NO)
Why do clerks and citizens have to fight for answers instead of the state providing them?
Protecting elections isn't about taking away anyone's vote. It's about making sure every ELIGIBLE citizen's vote counts, and isn't canceled out.
You don't have to be a Republican to want that. You just have to be an American.
ONLY citizens should vote. Period 🇺🇸
Out of nowhere I requested an odd project from my brother vet @AnchorWoodCo and he knocked it outta the park with this cup for helping me keep my rollaround top organized. (Right)
I also had to have one of his infinity crosses. It goes well with our dining area at home!
Thanks again, @AnchorWoodCo. We'll be doing business together in the future.
Holidays are coming. Check out my friend for some unique craftsmanship gift ideas!
It occurs to me that a person can be poor monetarily yet exuberant in joy, and another still can be wealthy and lack fulfilment. Because its not what you have that brings happiness. It's a decision we make either to view things in a positive light despite circumstances, or to accept negativity as our plot in life.
As a man thinks...so he is.
It begins with the thoughts we allow.
