🚨JUST IN: Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister on Instagram: “CR7 deserved more respect. The national team deserved more structure. Portuguese journalism deserved more competence and less speculation. As for the Portuguese people, well... they don't deserve to have the best at anything. We are envious, disdainful, ignorant, and we deserve to return to the mediocrity we always had in football before CR7. Thank you for everything, CR7! You deserved more!”

🚨 José Mourinho blasts Jorge Jesus over the tension with Cristiano Ronaldo: 🗣️ José Mourinho: “I find it insulting to Cristiano Ronaldo that you would call him up for the national team, take him to these games and then treat him like he is just another player you can leave on the bench. “If you already knew you weren’t going to use him, why call him up? “Cristiano is not Endrick. He is not Vinícius. He is not Yamal. He is Cristiano Ronaldo. You know exactly what he represents. “Jorge knew Cristiano was 41 when he selected him. He knew he couldn’t do what 25-year-old Ronaldo could do anymore. Nobody is asking him to play every minute or carry the team for 90 minutes. “But if you call him because you understand his importance, then you have to manage that importance properly. You don’t suddenly reduce him to a name on the bench just because you want to show everyone that the coach is in charge. “If Jorge has forgotten what Cristiano has done for Portugal, the world hasn’t forgotten. “This man has carried Portugal through generations. He has scored the goals, broken the records, won the trophies and kept Portugal competing at the highest level for years. “And Jorge should also remember what Ronaldo has meant to his own career. “Cristiano has given him exposure. He has given him international relevance. He has been part of the reason people around the world were watching that team. “So when you have benefited from someone’s influence, you don’t turn around and treat that person as if he is now an inconvenience. “Cristiano is 41. Fine. That’s reality. “His legs are not the same. His minutes have to be managed. There will be games where he shouldn’t start. “I have no problem with that. “But there is a massive difference between managing a 41-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo and disrespecting Cristiano Ronaldo because he is 41. “If you need him for 20 minutes, play him for 20. If you need him for one decisive moment, prepare him for that moment. “But don’t make the mistake of thinking his age has erased everything he can still give you. “And Jorge has to be careful because a coach can win an argument with a player today and still lose something much bigger tomorrow. “The Nations League will finish. The players will return to their clubs. Jorge will move on to the next match. “But Cristiano will remember how he was treated. “You don’t have to worship him. You don’t have to guarantee him a starting place. “But after everything Cristiano Ronaldo has given Portugal, **you owe him respect. “You don’t bite the fingers that helped feed you.”

Dubai is planning to build “The Loop”, a groundbreaking 93-kilometer air-conditioned urban highway for walking, running, and cycling. Designed by the architectural studio URB, this ambitious project is a key part of Dubai’s “20-minute city” vision, aiming to connect over three million residents to essential services within a short walk or bike ride. The fully climate-controlled corridor will maintain comfortable temperatures year-round, allowing people to stay active even during the scorching summer months. In addition to transport, The Loop will feature parks, sports facilities, and recreational spaces, turning it into a vibrant, multifunctional public destination. The project supports Dubai’s bold goal of having 80% of residents commuting on foot or by bicycle by 2040, promoting healthier lifestyles, reducing car dependency, and lowering emissions. A world-first concept that perfectly blends sustainability, innovation, and quality of life.

A sad byproduct of the dating app era is that a significant number a women got optimized access to sex with men who were out of their league and never going to commit to them. Having now tasted this, they are convinced it’s eventually coming back in the form of commitment. It’s not. So you have an entire class of women insisting that they’re virtuously holding out for something exceptional when they’re really staring down the barrel of a lifetime of loneliness that they haven’t even begun to fully understand. The harems await.
This level of delusion should be illegal…

mRNA COVID "Vaccines" Were DESIGNED to SHUT DOWN Your Immune System — Causing VAIDS (Vaccine Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome)! They KNEW it from day one. mRNA shots slash your white blood cell production — 50% after the first dose, then another 25% hit with the next, leaving you with just 25% of your immune army left. Boosters flood your body with 8 strands of foreign HIV + 81 strands of bacteria your cells have NEVER seen... while they stripped out the saline and cranked up the damage. Your body goes into chronic inflammation mode. Predispositions explode — gut issues, respiratory problems, tumors, endometriosis, skin conditions — because your immune system is GONE. You become dependent on endless boosters just to survive... or you die off. Big Pharma's perfect customer-for-life (or death) scheme. And now the proof is PUBLISHED: A massive Korean study on 51 MILLION people confirms it — dose after dose, immune function COLLAPSES. Skyrocketing infections (common cold, pneumonia, TB up to +559%), immune dysregulation, and worse in EVERY age group vaccinated. This isn't theory — it's data from an entire country. VAIDS is REAL. They weaponized mRNA to give you AIDS without the virus. This is the smoking gun they don't want you to see. Protect your family, and NEVER take an mRNA shot.

The EU's legal name for an entire grade of olive oil is lampante. It means lamp oil, because for most of history that is what olive oil was for. Lampante is virgin olive oil judged unfit to eat. By law it cannot be sold as food until it has been industrially refined. Once it has, it becomes the bottle on the supermarket shelf labelled simply "olive oil". For centuries the olive was a cash crop. The oil lit the lamps of Europe, made the soap of Marseille, Venice and Castile, and greased the wool in English cloth mills. The port of Gallipoli in Puglia grew rich shipping it north to light the streets of London. The Greek archaeologist Yannis Hamilakis found that a medieval Greek peasant ate very little of it. In Spain and Italy it was not eaten in any quantity until the 1880s. The groves were planted for soap makers. What the peasant actually cooked with was the pig. Every village from Andalusia to Cyprus had its winter pig killing, and the lard in the crock fed the household for a year. In Inquisition Spain, frying in olive oil was evidence against you. Christians cooked in lard. In 1891 Italy's great cookery writer still divided the country by fat: butter in Lombardy, lard in Emilia, oil in Tuscany alone. In the Catholic south, olive oil was the fat of Lent, used on the days when the church forbade the good stuff. The heart of the Mediterranean diet is a lamp fuel that replaced pork fat within living memory.

Britain stopped eating mutton because of nylon. For 800 years wool was the money. It paid for the cathedrals and ransomed Richard the Lionheart. The Lord Speaker still sits on a sack of it. So a sheep was kept for its fleece, year after year, four and five and six of them. Mutton was simply what happened at the end. By then she was a big, fat, fully grown animal, and she fed the nation. Every chop house in London ran on it. Mrs Beeton gives it more recipes than beef. When Dickens wants a character to have a decent dinner, he gives him a mutton chop. Then, in the 1950s, came nylon, polyester and acrylic. The wool price fell off a cliff and never climbed back. A fleece now fetches less than it costs to shear it off. Farmers have been burning them. Once the wool was worthless, there was no reason to keep a sheep alive for five years. The only thing left to sell was meat, and the fastest meat is a lamb at five months. Nobody decided to abolish the national dish. It disappeared in one generation as a side effect of the plastic jumper. The plastic from that jumper is now in your bloodstream. The mutton is nowhere to be found. It was not a good trade.

1079: William the Conqueror takes a corner of Hampshire for his deer and names it the New Forest. A chronicler writes that he loved the stags as if he were their father. Peasant's dinner: pottage. 1184: Forest law now covers a third of England. No bows. No dogs with claws. No deer, ever. Peasant's dinner: pottage. 1198: Richard the Lionheart sets the price of one deer at both eyes and both testicles. Peasant's dinner: pottage. 1217: The Charter of the Forest. No man shall lose life or limb for the king's venison. He will merely be fined into the ground, or jailed for a year and a day. Peasant's dinner: pottage. 1390: Parliament bans anyone worth under 40 shillings a year from keeping a hunting dog, a ferret or a net. The stated reason is that labourers have been seen hunting. 1671: The bar is raised to £100 a year in land. 50 times what it takes to vote. 1723: The Black Act. Hanging for being found in a deer park with your face blackened. 1830: 1 in 7 of all criminal convictions in England is for poaching. 1971: The forest laws are finally repealed. 2019: A commission of 37 scientists sets the planetary ration of red meat at 14g a day. Half a meatball. Peasant's dinner: lentils. It took 900 years to get the gamekeeper off the peasant's back. It took 48 to find him a lab coat.

The American diet is designed to land you in American hospitals, be diagnosed by American doctors, and rely on American pharmaceutical drugs.💊 I started adapting to the carnivore diet in early 2020. On average, I eat 180 eggs, 30 kg of grass-fed top sirloin, and 2 kg of butter a month! 🥩 The last time I was sick was Christmas 2019. 🎄 Coincidence? I don't think so! 😌 I can’t describe how incredible I feel. 😌 No insomnia, skin rashes, wrinkles, anxiety, stress, or headaches. 😴 My energy levels are through the roof, and so are my focus, clarity, and sex drive. 🚀 I never get sick. Ever. 😤 And I refuse to take health advice from sick people. 🙅‍♂️ There isn’t one bad side effect I can think of from being a carnivore. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Everything in my life has improved tenfold. 🔥 I’m not saying the carnivore diet is for everyone, but I suggest you try it and see how it works for you. 🧐 Most people treat their bodies like trash compactors, and we don’t appreciate our health until we lose it. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Then, we realize it’s the only thing that truly matters. 💪 At some point, your health will become your top priority—either because you proactively decided to invest in it 😎 or because you’re forced to confront the consequences of neglect. 😬 Either way, one day, it will be a priority. 📅 I hope you choose the proactive path. 🙏🏽 Building a strong body is much easier than fixing a broken one. 💪 If you care but feel lost, much like I did 15 years ago, and don’t know how to start, I’ve got you covered. 🛡️ My team and I have crafted *Aesthetics Academy Pro*, a comprehensive 12-step PDF guide to enhance your carnivore diet, physique, and mindset—all for just $97. ❤️ This blueprint compiles everything I’ve learned in 15 years from the top coaches, including Shawn Baker and Paul Saladino, and will teach you more than a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. 📚 And for the next 24 hours, it’s FREE if you: 🕒 Like + Share + Comment "Carnivore." 🗣️ Learn or perish. 🤷🏻‍♂️
