Maybe the door isn’t closed. Maybe you’re not ready for the room yet.
Opportunity can open the door. Capacity keeps you in the room.
Stop waiting. Start becoming.

Karoline Leavitt, the youngest person ever to serve as White House Press Secretary, has made her Christian faith central to how she approaches one of the most high-pressure jobs in American politics. Far from treating it as a private matter, she has spoken openly and repeatedly about how prayer and a belief in God’s providence shape her work, her family life, and her view of current events.
As Press Secretary, her faith is not background color—it is daily operational practice. She has said she begins every morning with personal prayer, asking God for the strength she needs. Before each press briefing she leads her team in a short prayer. One publicly shared version runs: “Lord Jesus, please give us the strength, the knowledge, the ability to articulate our words and have fun and be confident. In Jesus’ name. Amen.” In interviews she has explained the purpose: “It’s just a moment to be silent and still and ask God for confidence and the ability to articulate my words, knowledge, prayer, protection… It’s the last thing I do before I go out there."
She is also visible about her faith. She regularly wears a gold cross necklace and has said she tries to wear it every day “because I love Jesus and I believe my faith is the reason I’m here.
And this is God’s plan for my life… it’s all glory to God.”
In a 2025 interview she stated plainly: “My faith is incredibly important to me, I would argue, now more than ever, being in a role that is very demanding and at times controversial… It could be difficult for someone who doesn’t have faith, but with faith, all things are possible.”
Leavitt frames larger political events in spiritual terms. She has said she believes in “spiritual warfare” and that she saw “evil forces” at work during the 2024 campaign. She has described the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt on Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, as an instance of divine protection: “I think that the president was saved by the grace of God… and he’s in this moment for a reason.” Even personal setbacks, such as her 2022 congressional loss, she interprets through the lens of providence: “God has a plan for everyone. I believe that firmly… You just have to trust the process and trust that He’s working in your life."

Innovation doesn’t begin with technology.
It begins with leadership.
Every breakthrough starts as a leadership decision—one that creates trust, safety, and permission to think differently. Check out a new one I just made! app.heygen.com/videos/50b3d7… #MadeWithHeygen #AIVideo
Uncertainty, unpredictability, and risk aren’t barriers to innovation—they’re the raw materials.
Remove them, and innovation collapses into optimization.
Safe systems repeat the past.
Bold systems create the future.

Be warned.
