Labour were told their plans for Local Government Reorganisation were rushed, costly and carried huge risks to social care in particular. They ploughed ahead anyway. We took them to court in Reform-led Councils. Today WE WON. Just like when we forced them to reinstate elections.

It is good that it paused after the legal battle. However, one worries as parties use lawfare to fight political arguments.
