⭐️ Dish in a nutshell: Day-boat turbot, red prawn, white bean, squid, fennel, red pepper and roast fish stew
⭐️ Why it's a winner: Perfectly poached turbot is paired with a beautifully light prawn mousse, but it’s the sauce that truly stands out. Rich and robust, the bouillabaisse-style sauce delivers incredible depth of flavour, punctuated by red pepper, squid, coco beans and girolles.
