i am still healing now. I don’t just mean healing from toxic relationships or heartbreaks. I am healing from the mistakes I made, from my family issues, friendship issues, failing myself, from disappointments, from expectations I couldn’t reach because I was too focused on (1/3)

This Mental Health Awareness week we’re taking the opportunity to do a little mindfulness project and revamp the livery on the GT86.
A concept I’ve mentioned a few times is that of Automindfulness, doing things with cars that require time and space, focusing the mind on doing a rewarding or interesting task while turning the noise of life down.
For me cleaning my car has always been one of these activities, so this gives me chance to not only be creative and revamp the car, but also to spend some time giving it a good polish and tidy up.
Stage one is done, the moustache is off, the bonnet and front wings polished and new pieces of vinyl applied. Along with replacing the sunstrip design.
The rest of the vinyl is arriving soon for the doors and rear wings.
Looking forward to having it all completed, and taking some time to enjoy the journey.

Mental Health will always be a cause that I will fight for. As someone who is still combatting and facing head on this silent threat, I vowed to always use my platform and voice to be a champion in this space!
This mental health awareness week we are on a mission to FIGHT THE SILENCE by encouraging people to get talking.
We took to the streets of Manchester to start real conversations with @FurocityEnergy .
Look after your mental health and if you need support please check out the formidable @talkclubcharity on ways to stay mentally fit. #FightTheSilence

Having open and honest conversations about mental health leads to a more supportive and understanding society. By talking openly about mental health, we can normalise the conversation and encourage others to do the same.
