#Veep's last day of shooting was filled with tears, laughs, an impromptu nap, gifts, more tears, speeches, toasts, & sometimes other people cried, too. (OK, Tony Hale was a mess throughout.) Words cannot describe what it felt like to be there, but I tried: bit.ly/2vYxSDG

If your Outie stayed up late or your Innie got up early, this is for you — both of you. My review of the 'Severance' Season 2 finale, just below. Good show!

Erin is a fantastic editor who always made me feel cared for and encouraged, while still improving every story she touched. I have no idea how she does it, but everyone should be trying like hell to find out — hire her.
The rumors (and news stories🙃) are true! I was laid off from IndieWire. I'm bummed & now looking for work. Get in touch about writing/editing/content strategy: Strecker.erin @ gmail!

In the words of Phoebe Buffay, happy needless turkey murder day. Today's episode of #MadePossibleByPopCulture covers journalist-favorite #FRIENDS Thanksgiving episodes w/ @emilylongeretta @elainelow & @BenTTravers. It's on podcast platforms + YouTube now youtu.be/AFjMwFRYENg

“The Day of the Jackal” is so egregiously bloated I can’t believe it’s not on Netflix. There are a few good ideas rummaging around in its 10-episode first season, but the inflated runtime drags everything down with it. My review: indiewire.com/criticism/show…

Babygirl is the closest thing we’ll ever get to an Eyes Wide Shut sequel and I loved it. Kidman and Dickinson are both outstanding — so rare and fun to see a movie where the characters genuinely seem unsure what they’re capable of.

A mid-ceremony advertisement for scotch starring one of the night's award winners. Clearly, the #Emmys are thriving.

Clearly, the TV Academy liked "The Bear" Season 3 just fine (even though they're only supposed to be considering Season 2).

once again the members of the television academy have *no* idea what season of THE BEAR they're voting for

Friendship: Tim Robinson & Paul Rudd co-star in a deranged bromantic comedy that often feels like a feature-length I Think You Should Leave sketch (complimentary). when it's funny it's funnier than pretty much anything else i've seen this year. my review: indiewire.com/criticism/movi…
