Mine was received, but then I received an email a few days later stating there was an issue with the declaration. Went and voted in person instead.

Stories of people who are just finding out today that their special ballot vote wasnt registered. Go back to your original elections Alberta email when you applied for the special ballot. Unless you see this in your return email link from elections Alberta, you did not vote.
