There aren’t quick wins on a writing journey (unless you’re already famous for doing something completely different, that is). This is the long game. But it’s worth it because well you get to write.

Authors 🖤 upset by negative reviews. I just purchased 2 books from reading such reviews. Because the reason those reviewers disliked the book are the reasons I think I'll love the books. So if you get upset remember there are lots of me's buying it anyway.

The new Mohammed bin Rashid library in Dubai is a fascinating project. Literacy has increased at a rapid pace in the UAE and this will ensure younger generations can enjoy reading for many years to come.

I love that Annabel Kantaria is so honest about how hard it is to write a book. Already v jealous of everyone chosen today who get a writing mentor guiding them. #EmiratesLitFest #FirstChapter
