It’s scandalous. Once with Big Chief and now again with Zavvi via Master Replicas, who are simply ignoring emails left right and centre and @bbcstudios IGNORING this too. They better be telling Master Replicas to pull their fucking finger out! I’m getting so angry
@bbcstudios licensed Master Replicas to sell merchandise. It is their responsibility when customers are being ripped-off.
Luckily the Master and Troughton were on PayPal, so it’s protected and not paid out and those I ordered on Zavvi. The Tom I paid in full to MasterReplicas. Still no reply. What is @bbcstudios doing about these dubious licensees? No reply from them either. Disgusting.
